[00:00:00] Speaker A: Sam Waking up dreaming dark so long. [00:00:48] Speaker B: I cannot find meaning hold my hand let me stay by your side through this never ending night I can feel. [00:01:00] Speaker A: It now it holds me all the these demons always roam me in this. [00:01:07] Speaker B: Red light because me he is reaching. [00:01:12] Speaker A: Out consuming hello everybody. Welcome back to Goblet of Gaze. I'm Aubrey, your gm. I'll test for my players, introduce themselves, who they are, who they're playing, and we'll get rolling into things. [00:01:38] Speaker C: Hi, I'm Maki. My pronouns are she, her and I play Gravewing, the Nagaji sylph, vigilante monk slash air kineticist who also uses she her pronouns, and she is the party mom slash strategist of the rebellion. [00:01:56] Speaker D: Hello, hello, I'm Alyssa. My pronouns are they, them, and I play Laith Idrisi IV hello, the matricidal Dampier, dandy, rogue and spymaster who uses she any pronouns. [00:02:09] Speaker E: Hello, I am Dusty. I use they he pronouns and I'm playing Yurido. Just Yurido. Still, they are our nephilim cursed boy of a problem. They are going to be the party in this rebellion's firebrand, and they also use they he pronouns. [00:02:30] Speaker B: Hello, I am Faris, I use she, her pronouns, and I am playing Alouette Valer, a totally normal nephilim thaumaturge bard having a very normal and good time learning all about her way more cursed family. She also uses she her pronouns and is the anathema partisan. [00:02:47] Speaker F: Hello, I am Sparlock, and both me and my character use he him pronouns. I'm going by Alistair Whiskerfield, wizard detective extraordinaire, heir to the fine, distinguished family of wizard mice, Ratzerts, Esoki, Arcanists. I swear I was always aware of it. I keep my whiskers to the ground to uncover the truth of the powers that be who subjugate us, by which I mean I'm our recruiter and hello. [00:03:19] Speaker G: To round off the group. I am Tick, I have he, she, they, pronouns. And today I'll be playing Nile, a flesh warp sorcerer who is just a totally ordinary cook and quartermaster for the group and definitely not a cannibal. Parentheses, He's a cannibal, but it's a dietary restriction, so don't be too mean to him. [00:03:38] Speaker A: So what happened last time? [00:03:41] Speaker G: I focused all of my brain cell last time with the power of friendship in this gun that I found on the floor. Last time. We each kind of took turns once an hour doing an action to try and, you know, set up what we're supposed to do scouting up the area to try and find Yuri listening to some hot gossip, having traumatic flashbacks about child labor, which is a content warning for that episode, you know, a lot of stuff, both good and bad, to figure out exactly what the deal is. And we've been hearing some gossip about, you know, some people don't like the screen. Some people are okay with the screams, you know, back and forth, yada, yada, yada. We found the control room. We infiltrated the control room briefly. We looked into the control room. Yeah, we looked into the control room briefly. My bad. We didn't infiltrate it. [00:04:24] Speaker B: We just. [00:04:25] Speaker G: We peaked cutely. We cutely peaked. And so we're kind of like, Yuri's going to be probably taken out to make an example, because, you know, Yellowjackets can be made an example of. Okay, I'll incorrect me. It's a correct name. Looks over to Oculus. Did I say the wrong one? Okay. But anyways, we all kind of decide we're going to have to make some sort of decision if we're going to just grab everyone and run or if we're going to make some sort of final stand. And we're like, we probably can't make a final stand. And essentially, we kind of know they're going to be brought out. We know sort of the layout of this house that's constantly changing, vaguely kind of. And we know we have weapons smuggled in that we can get. But right now, we are put between a rock, a hard place, and Yuri about to be decapitated because Yuri had calm emotions. And Yuri cannot do anything except for be very sad and be a sad little wet meow meow, along with Yellowjacket, who's also a sad little wet meow meow. They're both just sad little guys, you know, and now they're just going to get decapitated for free as a treat. We don't want that to happen, though. [00:05:25] Speaker A: Yellow Jacket really misses his wife. [00:05:28] Speaker G: I miss my wife. Tails. I miss her a lot. But, yeah, they're going to be brought out very soon. Also scrubbing to try to poison a lot of people, potentially. Some of the wine might have some poison in it. Might be very Apothecary Diary Season two energy. No spoilers, but maybe some poisoning going on. Maybe the guards are having every single mental breakdown known to man due to their alcohol being poisoned by someone that I will not name at this current point in time. It was me. But, yeah, we're trying. We're trying, we're trying. Okay, we're not succeeding, but we're trying. [00:06:03] Speaker C: Thank You. [00:06:04] Speaker G: That was cutely, you know. [00:06:07] Speaker A: Yeah. I'll start with the. The main part of the group. So what are you focusing on now? Is it. Were we getting weapons? [00:06:19] Speaker D: I think we were splitting up. [00:06:23] Speaker A: One. [00:06:23] Speaker D: Group to get weapons, one group to try to secure the control room. [00:06:30] Speaker B: We also were trying to get in contact with Yuri, which can kind of be done simultaneously. As long as each group, as long as people with message are available to cast message. [00:06:44] Speaker A: I am. Which group is going to get the weapons? I will start with you. [00:06:50] Speaker B: I was gonna volunteer because I got the big skirt to hide them in and bring them back to the group. Also, I don't know if the infiltrators want to infiltrate without their weapons first. [00:07:02] Speaker A: Yeah, that is. [00:07:03] Speaker D: I mean, if it's me and graveling, I feel like that's fine. My fists are only slightly less effective than my dagger. [00:07:15] Speaker C: I. For you and me. For the. For the control room, right? [00:07:19] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:07:20] Speaker D: There are four people in there, or there were when I checked. [00:07:23] Speaker C: I was gonna say we might want to bring Lorelei with us to that solely because Juni has to come, too. And I trust Lorelai to get Juni out of the control room. When you and I are doing a dishonored, do you see, like, where I'm going with it? Like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:07:45] Speaker D: And it's gonna suck if we just. [00:07:46] Speaker C: Leave Judy up there. We're all running, we're all escaping. [00:07:50] Speaker B: It's like, oh, shit. [00:07:51] Speaker C: Wait a minute. [00:07:53] Speaker D: Can you remind me, Aubrey? It was like there was a staircase up and then another door before the catwalk. Or was it just open staircase up. [00:08:03] Speaker A: Door, catwalk, then door to. All right, people who are going to get weapons. Give me a stealth check to sneak away from the party. Could I. [00:08:16] Speaker D: Could I argue? [00:08:17] Speaker B: I make a society check to sneak away from the party under the guise of being at a party and just chatting to people as I go and making it look unsuspicious, but by virtue of following people to talk to them and then just slowly getting further and further away from the party as I slowly talk to people. [00:08:42] Speaker A: Yes. [00:08:44] Speaker B: She's being too benevolent, guys, but I'm not going to question it. [00:08:49] Speaker D: Do index decent. [00:08:55] Speaker C: 27. [00:08:57] Speaker A: 27. Are you the only one that's going to get weapons? Anyone going with you? [00:09:06] Speaker G: Okay, I can, but I'm not very good at sneak. [00:09:09] Speaker A: Do you. [00:09:09] Speaker G: Do you want someone else to come with you? I can come with you. [00:09:13] Speaker A: I don't know. [00:09:14] Speaker B: I don't know if I'll need it or not. [00:09:17] Speaker F: I would like to come with as well. I'M just having technical difficulties with the. [00:09:23] Speaker A: Rolling I think two is probably more. [00:09:26] Speaker G: Than enough just because like a crowd's not a good idea so if you want to go, I'll stay behind because I do have message. [00:09:33] Speaker A: Yep. [00:09:33] Speaker F: And I got message too. [00:09:36] Speaker D: Can't believe each other. Can't believe Alouette is sneaking off to go kiss Alastair when she said that she was engaged to someone else. [00:09:46] Speaker B: Well, see, you know what is that? Actually my real fiance is Alastair. I have a phase fiance and a real fiance. [00:09:57] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:09:58] Speaker G: Oh, this is a pilot ships that people are going to talk about in the displeasure. [00:10:00] Speaker E: They should go. They should go. [00:10:02] Speaker A: There we go. [00:10:03] Speaker F: 32 on a stealth check. [00:10:05] Speaker D: Dang. [00:10:06] Speaker A: All right. Yeah. So you. The two of you managed to through either just knowing how to play the crowd or just being really good at not being noticed managed to sneak away and you were told by the agent that the weapons would be left in a storage closet off of the. Off of like one of the hallways and it doesn't take you all that long to find it. The closet itself is marked with a tiny little. Essentially it's a small bit of paint. Okay. [00:10:56] Speaker B: Gotta go into closet and then try to hide weaponry. [00:11:03] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:11:03] Speaker B: Actually the best way to do this, and I'm saying this as platonically as possible is for Alistair to do it because my thievery sucks but if we're hiding them in the skirt. [00:11:16] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, I would allow that. I would allow Alistair to roll some thievery to hide weapons in Alouette's skirt. [00:11:27] Speaker F: The underskirt tetrising. Okay, here we go. [00:11:31] Speaker B: I believe in you. Was my face misplaced? [00:11:39] Speaker F: That was a five. I get. [00:11:44] Speaker A: I will have a hero points. [00:11:46] Speaker F: I will use the hero point. [00:11:50] Speaker A: What? [00:11:51] Speaker F: Watch. Next up is gonna be below a 5 because this has just been my luck. [00:11:57] Speaker B: No, that's much better. [00:11:59] Speaker A: There we go. [00:12:00] Speaker F: 24 with an 1124. [00:12:02] Speaker G: You couldn't hear me say. Don't say that. You'll jinx it. But I guess I'm fine. [00:12:07] Speaker A: Yeah. So with Alistair's help you're able to what. What weapons in general have you been sneaking in? You've got Yuri's, the surround, the rapier for Alouette or. [00:12:24] Speaker B: And I already brought the cards in as you have. [00:12:27] Speaker A: Yeah. And then for Alistair. Bow. [00:12:32] Speaker F: Yeah, bow. And threw some scrolls in the quiver as well. [00:12:38] Speaker B: Did Laythe need anything smuggled in? [00:12:42] Speaker D: Yeah, a whip and then I only rolled for armor, not for my corset knife. So also a dagger but it's a corset knife so it's easier to sneak. I'll just have to grab it from your titties. Yeah, stuff that down my shirt right. [00:12:57] Speaker B: In the corset where it belongs. [00:13:00] Speaker A: Yeah, that's why it's called a corset knife. [00:13:02] Speaker B: Yeah, so you can unsheathe it from the titties, which is normal until it's somebody else's dagger, in which case it's. [00:13:11] Speaker D: Welcomed and still very normal to retrieve two strangers. [00:13:17] Speaker B: Two strangers. Listen, I'm still. I'm still running off of the energy from that last game we played, so I'm going to try to tone down the unhinged level of gay. [00:13:32] Speaker A: So give me one more check to successfully integrate back into the party. [00:13:41] Speaker B: Same. Same thing. [00:13:43] Speaker A: Yeah, you roll the same thing. [00:13:45] Speaker B: Let's go. [00:13:45] Speaker C: Co. [00:13:49] Speaker A: Cousin. [00:13:51] Speaker E: Great. [00:13:58] Speaker F: 22, 21. [00:14:05] Speaker A: You don't think anyone noticed you coming back to the party? Gonna. [00:14:13] Speaker B: Just be very like, I don't know, patting Alistair on the head a lot. Like, oh, he. We were just sneaking into the garden to explore a maze. I don't know. [00:14:30] Speaker F: So that's what they call maybe we were making out. [00:14:33] Speaker G: Nobody knows. [00:14:36] Speaker B: People can assume what they want. [00:14:43] Speaker A: Right? You. You can see everyone sort of in the. In the group. It's been. Probably took you probably about 15 minutes or so to sneak away, stash the weapons and sneak back. It wasn't incredibly far from the ballroom. Anybody else get up to anything? And during those 15 minutes. [00:15:10] Speaker D: I think that was probably time enough for Grave Wing and I to plot our actual. [00:15:14] Speaker A: Approach. [00:15:17] Speaker C: Into. [00:15:19] Speaker D: The catwalk and the control center. That being said, above table, I, Alyssa, don't know what that approach is. My best idea is to hand Grave Wing and Lorelei some drinks and pretend that they are ladies who were very insistent on thanking the guards up there. Since I'm still in my guard disguise. [00:15:42] Speaker C: I think. [00:15:43] Speaker D: Aki, if you have a better idea, please give it. [00:15:45] Speaker C: I need you to know that I really want that idea. I want that idea. I think it's super funny that it's like, oh, what if we act like this and it's gray. What? Like just. I want that. I want that really badly. Also, just based on, like, what we. What we know that might be the best approach because it's not like, what are we going to do? Like, we are going to jump them. We want to jump them. We got to get in the room to jump them. So going with that does sound like the best approach. However, if we got like 15 minutes right after. After we discuss that, I'm gonna. I wanna flag Whiskey again. He's just across the fucking room. I. I'm just gonna flag him down, make him come back here. [00:16:37] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:16:38] Speaker C: I gotta, I gotta, I gotta. I got a thing. I got an idea. [00:16:40] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. He smiles at you as you approach and just says, just can't stay away from me, can ya? [00:16:50] Speaker C: Stop it. This is actually, you know what? Maybe I don't want to ask you this, because now it's just going to give you an ego boost. [00:17:03] Speaker A: I can be incredibly humble when I need to be. [00:17:10] Speaker C: We're probably going to need help. Something's probably going to go down here. And I very discreetly gesture to the ballroom that we are in. How much to get you to help. [00:17:32] Speaker A: Thinks about it kind of like taps on his chin with the brim of his hat and says with a smile, just, I'm going to need something from all your little band for that, but I can collect at a later time. Something like a secret secret from everybody. [00:18:02] Speaker C: Our group should be back soon. Just stay here so that way we can figure out if that's a good trade. [00:18:14] Speaker A: Works for me. Gives you a smile and looks over at Lorelei and goes, you sure I can't tempt you with the deal? [00:18:31] Speaker C: Deal? What deal? What deal? What deals do you guys have? You guys have deals? [00:18:40] Speaker A: Lorelai sighs and says, trying to. Probably something to do with Johnny, maybe about. I'm not particularly fond of giving away any of my secrets currently, so I'll just do it the hard way. And whiskey's like, suit yourself. It's probably about this point where everyone returns to the ballroom and you see graveling and Lorelei talking with one whiskey Jack. [00:19:31] Speaker C: How are we regrouping? Are we just, like, in a huddle? Like in our own little clique huddle? [00:19:37] Speaker A: You can. You can. Like, there are tables near the bar where some people, like, post up with drinks. You can do that. And it's not incredibly suspicious. [00:19:50] Speaker C: When we're, like, together and people are discreetly handing out weapons. And I'll just say, whiskey can probably help us, but the cost is one secret from each of us. That includes Yuri. But they're not here, so they don't get a choice. [00:20:25] Speaker G: At the table right now with us. [00:20:26] Speaker A: Just making sure, yes, he is. [00:20:29] Speaker G: I'll look at him, I'll sigh, and I'll just say, I guess I can give you my tea and spoons recipe if you really want. My secrets. Dead serious. [00:20:41] Speaker A: Well, if it's worth that much to you, maybe it's worth that much to me. Be something that's important. Secrets of power. [00:20:58] Speaker G: I'M not very interesting otherwise. I spent a long time perfecting out recipes. [00:21:04] Speaker C: Oh, my God. Your life. [00:21:09] Speaker G: I have a. Wait. [00:21:10] Speaker A: What'd you say? Whiskey said, I know that's a lie. [00:21:19] Speaker G: Is it out of character? In character, I was like, is it? [00:21:24] Speaker A: You are harboring alien entity. [00:21:28] Speaker G: It's not really a secret, though, is it? [00:21:30] Speaker A: It is to him. [00:21:32] Speaker G: Oh, okay. [00:21:33] Speaker A: True. [00:21:34] Speaker G: I guess I just expect that a lot of people know that. It's like, okay, I guess there's other things I guess are kind of interesting. It depends who you ask. But people have been fainting over my tea and scones recipe in the way that I make cheese for the past four years. [00:21:49] Speaker A: Now he'll look at the the rest of the group and say my terms. Good for y'. All. [00:22:05] Speaker B: These are secrets that you will turn around and sell. [00:22:12] Speaker A: Only to the highest bidder. But no, I don't. Generally, secrets are important to me. [00:22:23] Speaker B: So you only sell secrets to the powerful? [00:22:28] Speaker A: Oh, they're not usually the ones I sell secrets to. [00:22:33] Speaker B: Interesting definition of highest bitter. [00:22:36] Speaker A: Sure. [00:22:36] Speaker B: You may have a secret. I am not engaged. [00:22:43] Speaker A: Scandalous. And I'm more than happy to collect the secrets at a later date if that's is if people need time. [00:23:01] Speaker D: Lovely. You can collect after you help. [00:23:08] Speaker A: Deal. Does everyone else agree? [00:23:15] Speaker G: I agree. But you're going to have to be a bit specific on what types of stuff you find juicy, because I think it might be very different than what I find is juicy. [00:23:25] Speaker A: As I said, secrets have power. Something important to you that you wouldn't share. So if your tea and scones recipe is that important to you, it has power. [00:23:41] Speaker F: What about things other people wouldn't share? [00:23:46] Speaker A: I would prefer your own secrets. [00:23:51] Speaker F: I, I, I get this distinctly disappointed look as I was thinking about all of the wonderful things I could tell him. [00:24:04] Speaker G: I think I agree. [00:24:06] Speaker B: I'm good. Alistair. [00:24:08] Speaker D: Secrets are just conspiracy theories. [00:24:13] Speaker C: Yeah, but Loki, that's the guy. That's the guy that would best suit Alistair right here. Okay, this is a, this is a duo we didn't think about. Oh, this is a duo. [00:24:25] Speaker A: This is. [00:24:25] Speaker C: There's power in this duo. Always. [00:24:27] Speaker A: There really is. [00:24:28] Speaker C: Sherlock Holmes the rat, and Pedro Pascal, the Ghost Rider. I don't know, like, just a lot of power here. [00:24:39] Speaker G: Knowing us, this is gonna be a new ship by the end of the season. [00:24:42] Speaker C: Oh, God. Oh, God. We passing around Alistair like a blunt, y'. [00:24:48] Speaker A: All. So then he'll tip his hat to all of you and say, well, whenever you're ready, I'll make my move. You won't miss it. [00:25:09] Speaker C: So Fucking ominous. All right, thank you. [00:25:14] Speaker A: All right, so we're moving on to infiltrating the control room. What is the team for this? [00:25:31] Speaker D: It's me, graveling, Lorelei and Juno. [00:25:38] Speaker A: All right. [00:25:40] Speaker G: How long does it take to get from the door to the control room? Walking. Like about. [00:25:49] Speaker A: Walking. It might take a couple. Like it. It take like a minute or two. If you're running, it'd be a lot faster. [00:25:56] Speaker G: I was about to say, is it going to be worth casting haste on someone in the background when no one can see just so they can move a bit faster, but probably not. [00:26:05] Speaker A: I mean, I think how obvious you want to be. [00:26:07] Speaker D: Yeah. And the attack component would be more useful than the walking, so. But I probably wouldn't bother with it because we're going to have to sweet talk the door guard and probably the control room itself. [00:26:18] Speaker F: We could send the person dressed as a guard and someone that's invisible and a rat. [00:26:25] Speaker B: Oh, I'm gonna give you the. A cantrip card called Ghost Sound. Basically lets you make an illusionary sound within 30ft. So that may not be helpful. Maybe helpful. [00:26:41] Speaker A: I don't know. Hey, so Alistair going on. Going along as well. Invisible? [00:26:51] Speaker F: Well, I was. I was. Just a suggestion. Since they'll be able to see us. [00:27:00] Speaker C: Could you make Juni invisible? [00:27:05] Speaker A: I. [00:27:05] Speaker C: Can you make someone else invisible? [00:27:08] Speaker F: I have one scroll of invisibility and I recently learned to embrace my inner rat so I can become very small. [00:27:27] Speaker A: Oh. [00:27:27] Speaker D: Well, if you can hide and maybe hide someone else, I don't see why more of us shouldn't come along. The only reason I didn't want n to come was. I was going to say that he was less appealing, but that seems rude, so. [00:27:45] Speaker C: It is rude. Is. [00:27:47] Speaker G: Is the person that was put in front of the door still there? AKA the one person wants to incite me? [00:27:52] Speaker A: No, they swapped out with a different guard. [00:27:55] Speaker G: Beautiful. [00:27:56] Speaker A: Yeah. Just covering the guard for. For just a minute. She's still wandering around the party. [00:28:00] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:28:02] Speaker B: If we need another guard, I can also. I can become just about anything right now, but only for an hour. [00:28:12] Speaker C: We need people down here just in case. Remember, we're. It doesn't matter. Invisible. [00:28:17] Speaker A: Small. [00:28:18] Speaker C: Three guards, eight guards. We're still a lot of people going in. [00:28:24] Speaker A: And it's not a very big room. The more people in there would make. [00:28:29] Speaker C: It harder to move and the louder we be. [00:28:39] Speaker A: So Juniper with the invisibility spell cast on her, Le Grave Wing and Lorelei all head up to. We'll head up to the control room. Before we get to that, I'm going to take a moment to check in with. With Yuri, see how things are going. Hi. Yeah. At this point, the calm emotions is done. But you're still in this elevator with your hands cuffed. [00:29:17] Speaker E: We can't get. It's like it's closed. Like we. Like we may not know the term elevator, but we could see like this is like a place thing that will lift us up. Right? [00:29:24] Speaker A: Yeah. Okay. It essentially like a very large dumbwaiter. [00:29:28] Speaker E: Ah, that's a dirty ass wolf. [00:29:33] Speaker A: Yeah. It's never feels good. [00:29:39] Speaker E: No, no, it's just. See, I was gonna beat their ass too. And if you go, I get my ass beat. That means I get to go somewhere else. Do you. This is probably right under the ballroom or something. We can hear people above us, right? [00:30:04] Speaker A: Yeah, you can hear people above you. And Tristan will nod and say, yeah, but my calculations, it is. [00:30:12] Speaker E: You should. Running immediately is a terrible idea. [00:30:20] Speaker A: Probably. I'm going to. Pretty sure they've got guards up there to catch us if we try. You wouldn't happen to be a little deaf with your fingers, would you? I kind of might have something, but I can't reach it. [00:30:45] Speaker E: Oh, yeah, yeah. I've been told that before. [00:30:53] Speaker A: And he's like, yeah, I did manage to break off a little piece of metal. It took like a month. I kind of fashioned it to a bit of a. A improvised lock pick. It's up my sleeve and I kind of can't get it out right now. [00:31:12] Speaker E: You're incredible. No wonder. No wonder you related to Gravelink. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I. I could imagine too. I could grab that a little easier. It's like, okay, let me try to. Let me try to get yours first. Like it's our arms behind back or up front? [00:31:33] Speaker A: They are behind back. [00:31:35] Speaker E: Could I attempt to do the thing where like, I put my hands under me and jump over them? [00:31:41] Speaker A: Yeah, give me. Give me an acrobatics check. Now. [00:31:46] Speaker E: Athletics. I'm jumping really fast. Really cool. [00:31:51] Speaker B: Sure. [00:31:52] Speaker A: Athletics. But it will be at a minus. [00:31:53] Speaker E: One, and I'll take it. Plus 11 is better than plus two. [00:32:00] Speaker A: Fair. [00:32:01] Speaker E: Just. Just for the record, I'm only going to be rolling the cousin dice the session, despite anything and everything. Hey, that's something. That's a 22. [00:32:16] Speaker A: 22. Yeah. It's a little cramped and a little awkward. And you. You do kind of stumble a little bit. And, you know, Tristan kind of has to grab your, your, Your like, arm because you almost tumble. But with. With that roll, you're able to get your arms in front of you. [00:32:32] Speaker E: Oh, good. Oh, hopefully you don't ask too many questions. Okay, let me get to. And, yeah, I would like to. I want to pick their lock first. Assume that's a thievery check. [00:32:48] Speaker A: Yes, it would be a thievery. It would be at a minus one because you are. Your hands are currently. You. You don't have full movement of your hands and like. [00:32:58] Speaker E: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, that's a go. Let's go, boys. That's minus one. It's going to be a 27. [00:33:10] Speaker A: 27. Yeah. It's luckily, because they didn't really think like that you would be able to do much to escape. It's. It's pretty basic manacles that they've put on you and it's taking a while, but you. You are able to get his. His undone. [00:33:31] Speaker E: Just. Oh, yeah, just. Okay, great. Fantastic. Just, you know, you know the deal. Just pretend that they're still on and. [00:33:40] Speaker A: Then, you know, flashing and he's going to turn and attempt to get yours. Yeah, no, that's a 35. [00:33:48] Speaker E: Oh, yeah, great. Okay, now I'm just gonna put my arms behind my back normally. [00:33:56] Speaker A: Okay, yeah, yeah, you. You two do that. And you kind of prepare and he looks at you and says, no matter what happens, make sure that one of us gets out. [00:34:14] Speaker E: Yeah, yeah, you. We will make sure. Also, I have a feeling the crew is here, so. [00:34:27] Speaker A: God, I really hope so. [00:34:29] Speaker E: Yeah, yeah. Got to make sure. I don't know if they know exactly who I am. I. Your brother came to get me, so I assume they realize who I'm involved with, but I don't know if they know who else is. So. [00:34:49] Speaker A: We'Ll see. Yeah, unfortunately. Yeah, that's a. It's a bit of a. It's a bit of a mess. [00:35:01] Speaker E: We'll get through this. [00:35:03] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah, we will. Thank you for keeping me sane this last week. [00:35:11] Speaker E: We all need someone to talk to, even if it's someone that's only a listener. [00:35:16] Speaker A: Yeah. And we cut back to the little group making their way towards the control room. The plan is to talk your way in and then bing, bang, boom. [00:35:33] Speaker D: Yeah. I mean, I am dressed as a guard and I have a key, which adds to my credibility. And I am banking on the lurks not being great to their guards, I think. [00:35:48] Speaker A: Right. So you approach this door and you open it and you see this control room. You see all of these dials and levers and buttons on the wall. To any view, it just looks like nonsense. None of them are labeled. So it's clear, like, you have to know what this does. And there are a couple of guards that are, you know, sort of just in here keeping an eye on things. That one of them looks like it's running. They're running the machinery. And you watch as one of them in the background pulls a lever. And so what do you say as you enter? [00:36:35] Speaker D: I think Leith leads, and it's four people in here still. [00:36:41] Speaker A: You see three people in here. [00:36:46] Speaker D: Leith, I think, leads and shepherds the other two plus invisible journey into the room, will close the door behind her and say, hey, y', all, I know that we're not supposed to show people up here, but the ladies were very insistent. And I mean, you're stuck in this room not getting to party. I thought it'd be nice to bring the party up to you for a little bit. [00:37:17] Speaker A: So which of the two moves first, Gray wing, is it? Do you think it's you or Lorelei who is the first to attack? [00:37:26] Speaker C: Yeah, why not me? Why not? Why not? Why not? I'm. Damn, I'm a hot spinster looking. I'm. I have drinks, right? Like, we brought drinks. That was our little prop choice. So I guess I'll go up to the. The nearest one. I'm just gonna ping them on the map because I can't move him. I'm go got to the new. The nearest one. See, I know that. Okay, but above table. I know that brave wing actually has quite a bit of Riz here. Okay. Just. Just in general, however, I don't think she could do it on, like, command. Like, you know, like, I don't think she can. I don't think she can, like, pretend to flirt. Like. Like how. Like this, you know, like that. [00:38:28] Speaker B: It is just. [00:38:29] Speaker C: It's a little. It's a little awkward for her. [00:38:32] Speaker A: The Spider man level over is where it's. Suddenly, you could be super suave, but usually half the time he's just a nerd. [00:38:39] Speaker C: Yeah, but like, in her case, she's just like this. I don't do this. You know, I. I don't do this. And boy, I'm usually not the type. So she's gonna come up, hand them the drink. Very awkwardly go for you hands this, and just like smack them over the head with the drink. But it's. I'm throwing a punch and that. [00:39:09] Speaker A: That's how I do it, essentially is I'm gonna let you, just three of you get in a surprise attack before we fall into initiative. And essentially is, you know, we'll see how things go, because they are not expecting you to attack. So I will start with you. Great wing. [00:39:31] Speaker B: This is so funny. [00:39:33] Speaker C: It's one attack, right? Or like you have a full turn or one action. Oh, full turn. Full turn. Okay, nice. Um, then. Yeah, okay, if I have a full turn, then I'll just straight up a flurry of blows. First is what I'll definitely do, and then I'll figure it out along the way. Okay, well, the first One is a Nat20 just on the die. And it's such a. This is such a pretty die too. Okay. Like, it's a. It's the healers die from for shoujo jewelry. And they're just like, so good at making very pretty things. This is my. Just like my regular striking, like, fist. I'm not in changing any stances or anything like that. Just as like a heads up. And the next one is 25. [00:40:35] Speaker A: A 25. 25 also hits. [00:40:38] Speaker C: Cool. I did get a Nat20 though, right? So we do. [00:40:44] Speaker A: Yes. I will pull your card. I'm here. It is called Lean into the blow for triple damage. [00:41:08] Speaker C: Girly pop. Damn. Okay, one second. I'm pulling out the calculator that says that's a. That's almost. That's almost max damage, too. Yeah, no, that is. Okay, well, then the first hit does 33 points of damage because we're tripling it and I've gotten 11. [00:41:51] Speaker D: Yeah, you get like, the crit specialization effect too, right? What is that for brawling? It is. They must succeed on a fortitude save against your class DC or be slowed one until the end of your next turn. [00:42:06] Speaker C: Please remember I've been a mage for three years. Okay. [00:42:10] Speaker A: This is. [00:42:11] Speaker C: This is new to me. [00:42:13] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:42:14] Speaker C: Is this what Joel Anna was doing? Sorry. [00:42:16] Speaker A: Yes. Yes. This is absolutely what Joanna was doing. So this is. That is a 21 versus your class DC. But then also you still have two interactions. [00:42:29] Speaker C: I'm gonna yell at Mimi. No, because Mimi wasn't telling me this, but I don't know if Mimi's ever, ever crit like that. So I don't know. Maybe. Maybe I've been nerfing my curse of straw to by mistake. [00:42:43] Speaker E: You also only get at a certain level. [00:42:45] Speaker D: Yeah, I don't know what level they are. [00:42:46] Speaker A: I get it. [00:42:47] Speaker D: At level five. I assume you do too. [00:42:49] Speaker E: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Grit socialization. You don't automatically get. [00:42:53] Speaker C: Oh, oh, okay, okay, okay. Then. Then. Then maybe just. Just never come up then just yet. [00:43:00] Speaker A: Okay. Never mind level. And you'll get it at some point. I don't know if you have it yet. [00:43:08] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Level five, Right? It's expert strikes for them. I think it's when it comes into play. So. Yeah, I guess I have it then. [00:43:16] Speaker A: Yeah. Then what is that? Well, it's the. You know, they have to succeed against your class DC or become slowed one. [00:43:25] Speaker C: You said 21 on my cl was their role, right? [00:43:28] Speaker A: Yep. 21. [00:43:29] Speaker C: My class DC is 22. [00:43:30] Speaker A: Then they are slow one. And you still have two actions that. [00:43:34] Speaker C: Bottle, bottle, glass, whatever, to the head. Got. Did a lot. How do are they looking, though? [00:43:42] Speaker A: Not great. [00:43:43] Speaker C: Not great. Yeah. All a squarefish, I guess. Why not? It works so well when Yuri does it. [00:43:55] Speaker A: Exactly. Yeah. [00:43:58] Speaker C: And only one of us is in prison. Imprisoned. Imprisoned. Ah, you know what? Maybe I'm never punished. Maybe I'm. Maybe I'm never punished. 25. [00:44:20] Speaker A: 25 hits. [00:44:21] Speaker C: Yeah, that's 20. Wait. Yeah, that's 25. [00:44:26] Speaker A: Yeah. 25 hits. [00:44:28] Speaker C: Oh, wow. Maybe I'm never punished. Jesus Christ. I shouldn't. I. I really shouldn't be saying that because I could be punished, but, like, also be fun. I didn't roll damage for my last flurry of blue blows either. I just got the critical and forgot about it. [00:44:52] Speaker A: Yes, you did. I thought you. [00:44:54] Speaker F: You had given me the full damage number. [00:44:56] Speaker A: Roll for the second. Roll for your second. [00:44:58] Speaker C: Yeah, no, I was too busy. [00:45:00] Speaker E: You combined the damage numbers, by the way. [00:45:02] Speaker C: Yeah, I. I didn't do that. I just. You did the triple. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It once. I'm so sorry, guys. [00:45:08] Speaker A: It's been a bit. [00:45:09] Speaker C: Sorry, guys. Nah, man, you just introduced me to something I didn't know about, period, which is the crit specialization. What the. Is that okay? [00:45:23] Speaker A: It's the thing that marshals get. [00:45:26] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. I've never been that. I'm that now. Okay, so there's an additional 16 points of damage in that first flurry of blows. [00:45:36] Speaker A: Okay, then never mind. You do not need to make that second attack because you take him out in two hits. [00:45:43] Speaker C: All right? Crash over the head and then just straight up a. Punch it to the nose. Guy is out. Then I'll use another action to move up. And can I just use that preview that last hit as a putt? As like a way to start swinging on the guy in the far back? [00:46:01] Speaker A: Yeah, you can do that. Cool. [00:46:06] Speaker C: Cannot move my token on the map. Just letting you know. [00:46:08] Speaker A: Game is. Game is unpaused. [00:46:10] Speaker C: Thank you. I just want to move it over there so that way you know where I'm at. And then. Yes. 13 points of damage, right? To just start it off. That should actually be my full turn. Now. [00:46:32] Speaker A: That is your yeah, whole turn. [00:46:35] Speaker C: Whole turn. That's a really good fucking start, man. Okay. [00:46:39] Speaker A: Yeah. And I will turn it over to Laith. Do you want to go next, or do you want Lorelei to go next? You go last. [00:46:46] Speaker D: I want Lorelai to go next. I think Leith is standing there like, oh, no. Attacks, betrayal. Someone call the guards. [00:46:58] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. So we've got one action to move up to the guard. The second action is going to be to faint, and that will succeed versus there. So the Lorelai will get her sneak attack, damage, and, you know, something, something. Lesbians also rolled a natural 20. [00:47:38] Speaker E: Happy lesbian disability week. [00:47:43] Speaker A: This is gonna sound wild, but she also drew a card for triple damage. [00:47:51] Speaker G: That just means they're in sync. I. [00:47:53] Speaker C: Fine. [00:47:53] Speaker A: Yeah, the. The card is called Ventilated, and it's triple damage. [00:48:02] Speaker D: Ventilated. [00:48:04] Speaker A: Ventilated. [00:48:07] Speaker C: That's so ominous. Like, the implications ventilate. Oh, my goodness. [00:48:17] Speaker A: So you watch as out of nowhere, Lorelai pulls out a dagger, steps up to this person, sort of takes one swipe in a feint to get them to dodge. And then you watch as up through the bottom of the chin, it's just the dagger goes in and the guard stops moving. Because that was 60 damage. [00:48:45] Speaker G: I mean, if he's dead, can you add nine more damage? Because it would be funny. [00:48:49] Speaker A: No. [00:48:52] Speaker C: Okay. [00:48:52] Speaker A: And that'll bring us to life. [00:48:56] Speaker D: I think Leith gives a very quiet, like, oh, no. Runs across the room towards the final. [00:49:04] Speaker A: Guard. [00:49:07] Speaker D: And I have to run sideways so I don't hit a wall. Oh, no. Now I'm behind the guy. But anyway, Leith sort of gives a gasp, runs across the room, looks like she's going to punch moth mom, but instead punches the guard right in the face. The last remaining guard. Sadly, I am not one of the elder lesbians. That first hit was a 25. [00:49:35] Speaker A: 25 hits. [00:49:40] Speaker D: And I get sneak attack, right? [00:49:42] Speaker A: Yeah, I would say they're off guard. [00:49:49] Speaker D: That is 10 damage, and she will go in for another. [00:50:01] Speaker A: If you wanted to, you could have gotten your weapon before. Oh, from. From. From Lou. Because Lou has your weapon. I expected you to grab it. [00:50:11] Speaker C: Oh, okay, great. [00:50:13] Speaker D: The damage amount is the same. It's the same dice. I just don't have any strength, so. But that is good to know. And so I think that she starts with a punch, and then for the second attack, we'll pull out the dagger and attempt to stab him with that. And that is at minus four, right? [00:50:38] Speaker A: Yes, it would be at minus four. [00:50:39] Speaker D: Okay, so that is also 25 still hits. That is 14. Can I attempt to Use the last action and crit you can. [00:50:53] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:50:54] Speaker D: Okay, let's go. It works for Yuri, it'll work for Leith. Nah, that is an 11 on the die, so it's not gonna hit. [00:51:11] Speaker A: 26. [00:51:12] Speaker D: 8. Yeah, no, no, I just. I'll whiff on the last one. [00:51:17] Speaker A: 26 minus 8. What? That's. [00:51:22] Speaker E: 18. [00:51:23] Speaker A: That hits. What? [00:51:25] Speaker D: Oh, okay. These are just little guys. [00:51:27] Speaker E: They're just. [00:51:28] Speaker A: These are just house guards. They're not like elite trained guards. [00:51:34] Speaker D: Damn. [00:51:35] Speaker A: Okay, and you also have. They're also AC is even lower because you have them off guard. [00:51:40] Speaker D: Like, off guard. Right? [00:51:42] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:51:43] Speaker D: So that is 13 damage for the last one. [00:51:47] Speaker A: 13 damage then never mind. We don't need to go into an initiative. They're all dead. [00:51:50] Speaker B: Let's go. [00:51:53] Speaker D: So I think Leith does like a punch and then two quick stabs. And as he falls, she will open the door for Juniper, who we left invisible outside. But first, say to Grave Wing and Lorelai. There were four in here last time I checked, so might want. Maybe I should wait outside or just keep an eye through the door, through the wall. [00:52:21] Speaker C: Sounds good. [00:52:24] Speaker A: Yeah. So you. You know, Juni is going to essentially drop the. Because invisibility really only lasts like a minute or so. So once that drops, you can watch as she's running around and is usually trying to get the lay of the land. It is at this moment that I'm going to move back to the people on the ballroom floor. As this is going on, the lever that the guard pulled before the attack started started to raise the platform in the middle of the. The ballroom. And you kind of see it sort of unfurl a little bit as this elevator comes up with Yuri. And you're guessing Tristan on it because none of you have ever seen him before. And that's when everything starts to get a little quiet in the ballroom. As you watch as Cygnus steps up to the platform. Yuri, you can see Cygnus standing in front of you. He is this tall elf with this sort of dark brown hair that's slicked back. I think I made. I made a joke at the server at one point. It's just Elvish Daniel Brule. [00:53:52] Speaker E: From where I am. With a quick scan of the crowd, could I see anyone I recognize? [00:53:57] Speaker A: Nice. Give me a perception check. [00:54:01] Speaker E: I would also like to see if there's, like, any, like, weird things people have in their hands or something. Weird lavender color things. I would like to use my first hero point of the night, I believe. Let me use my first hero point of the night. [00:54:21] Speaker B: Did we see the platform. [00:54:23] Speaker A: Yes. [00:54:23] Speaker B: And, like, you're on it. Can we be message casting? [00:54:29] Speaker A: Yeah, you can. [00:54:33] Speaker E: Well, I gladly use the hero point, because that's a 28. [00:54:37] Speaker A: 28. You. You. You do instantly spot Lou. Lou is very obvious, you know, because pink tiefling with feathers. And you spot some of the other people you see Whiskey Jack also stand Lou. And yeah, you notice that so many people are holding these drinks with this sort of purple tint. And it looks like Cygnus is about to raise a toast. There is, you know, you working to people you've dated before. There are a few of them in the crowd. [00:55:19] Speaker E: Oh, no. [00:55:24] Speaker A: You're like, oh, no. What's up with them? Damn. Damn. [00:55:30] Speaker E: Or anyone's. I like there. [00:55:35] Speaker A: Yeah, you know, it depends. Do you want to roll three times on the X table and tell me who's there? [00:55:46] Speaker E: Let's get one more. You saw this, baby. [00:55:49] Speaker G: They're like, hey, I wonder what Yuri's up to nowadays. [00:55:51] Speaker A: And then. [00:56:00] Speaker E: Okay, there's a. There's a Clark who's a flesh warp inventor. That's actually pretty chill. They're. They're. They're really chill. [00:56:08] Speaker A: They would be there because, like, the Alar are renowned inventors. [00:56:16] Speaker E: Ertram is there. Ertram the Minotaur librarian, The one that Yuri actually cares about. Still. No one knows that, though. And another Noble Hortensel. Or is there. [00:56:42] Speaker A: I don't know if you like them or not, but. [00:56:44] Speaker E: No, no, no, no, no. They don't like me. They don't like me at all. [00:56:50] Speaker D: Remind us why you broke up with that one. [00:56:51] Speaker C: Yo. [00:56:52] Speaker E: We could talk about that later. [00:56:55] Speaker B: When. [00:56:55] Speaker A: When. [00:56:56] Speaker B: When would be appropriate. [00:56:57] Speaker G: Yeah, you're going to be dead soon. Tell us now. [00:57:00] Speaker B: When are we going to have time for this conversation in the. [00:57:03] Speaker A: The. [00:57:04] Speaker E: The Q and A, like, post Q. [00:57:05] Speaker C: And A. Oh, my gosh. [00:57:06] Speaker E: Someone ask about it? [00:57:10] Speaker B: I don't know. [00:57:10] Speaker E: We need to derail this right now. [00:57:13] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:57:14] Speaker E: Well, actually, speaking of fort and cell, is any of Yuri's family here? [00:57:23] Speaker A: No, actually. [00:57:25] Speaker E: That's bad. [00:57:26] Speaker A: Same thing. You don't see loose family either. [00:57:29] Speaker E: That's also bad. [00:57:32] Speaker A: Good. [00:57:33] Speaker E: Okay, so they're out. Are they saying anything specific? Are they just raising a toast? [00:57:41] Speaker A: They were about to start talking. You know, they waited for the. The theatrically appropriate moment. As you all are standing there, he looks towards the crowd and says, today I bring forward before you two traitors to our city. Both of them children of noble houses that have long forsaken them. And we'll point to you and say, yordo Moran, And Tristan Lark. [00:58:21] Speaker E: Do we want to do any of the message stuff before I start saying some bullshit? [00:58:27] Speaker A: Yeah. Lou, Are you sending your cousin a message? [00:58:31] Speaker B: Yeah. You know just the like just is just like straight up. Like just covering her mouth with both hands so nobody can overhear this around her and is like kind of like hunched. Trying real hard to like whisper this as softly as possible and will just rapid fire message. Like literally as many messages in a row as it takes to get this to Yuri. The Creeper are in the control room. We have the control room. I think I haven't asked them yet. I'm about to ask them in like two seconds. And you. If they go to attack you I have a plan. I'm going to try to stop them and please be safe and please don't die. And I don't know what's going on and I need you to be okay. [00:59:13] Speaker D: Okay. [00:59:13] Speaker B: I love you. And then I'm going to message the control room people. I think they're in range. [00:59:19] Speaker A: Barely. I think just barely. Okay. Just. [00:59:23] Speaker B: I'll just keep pinging across them and hope that I can get one of them. The that Yari and Justin are on stage. This. The high priest is speaking very loudly about it. Please tell me that you have the control room. [00:59:37] Speaker A: You can reply to this. [00:59:38] Speaker B: Yeah. Both messages applyable. [00:59:41] Speaker E: I. I think really under my breath I'm just gonna say look just be careful please. Love you too. Everyone's about to drink poison right now. All those purple drinks are poison. I. I'm going to. [01:00:02] Speaker A: You'll. [01:00:02] Speaker E: We'll figure this out. [01:00:07] Speaker B: What about the control room? [01:00:10] Speaker D: You get back a control room secure. Juni's looking into it. Though I'm not sure how much good it's going to do for getting us out of this. We'll be down soon. [01:00:22] Speaker B: I will convey that to Yuri and then tell Laythe I think I can stall if they start to attack them or kill them. But Yori says everyone in the crowd is about to drink poison. [01:00:42] Speaker D: Good. [01:00:45] Speaker E: I think sickness. He says my name. You're Del Moran and all that. I'm just gonna kind of like look at them. My hands like ready to like that child just. Yes. And like. Like make like. What's the word? An event of like looking at the crowds like. I don't see dear mother here. [01:01:14] Speaker D: Did you. [01:01:14] Speaker E: Did you invite Ortenia Moran? [01:01:20] Speaker A: It's Cygnus is not deeming to reply to you. And he is starting to talk about how important unity is in the city right now. Especially during such fraught times like this. With this upstart rebellion, then. [01:01:38] Speaker E: Okay, then I'm gonna, like. I'm gonna, like, take a step forward and start talking louder and say, you're right or tense. You would not want to see this right now on the air, on the stage, all of their friends about to be. [01:01:58] Speaker A: Give me an intimidation roll. [01:02:01] Speaker B: Guidance. [01:02:04] Speaker E: I. I hate to be this person. It's in guidance. [01:02:06] Speaker A: Touch. [01:02:10] Speaker B: Don't think so. [01:02:13] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:02:13] Speaker B: It's 30ft. [01:02:14] Speaker A: Okay. In 5E. It's touch. [01:02:21] Speaker E: That is going to be a 29. [01:02:23] Speaker A: That's 29. Okay. Yeah. There started to hear some rustling. People sort of like murmuring and talking about poison, what he's saying. But unfortunately, Cygnus is the better orator here and understands how to work a crowd and quickly turns it around with the don't listen to anything that he says. He's simply trying to incite rebellion. And I'm going to cut back to the people in the room. And so you are. You're doing this. And Chuni looks over at the both of you and says, okay, if I'm correct, I throw that lever over there. And it should. It's not going to be quick, but it will change the configuration enough that it's going to throw people off. Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to kill anybody because the larks were at least smart enough to make it so that the changes aren't quick so people have chances to not get smooshed. But I throw that, the configuration will change, and there should be a way out of the ballroom, an easy way open. Are you. Are you ready? [01:03:46] Speaker C: Tell me when to pull it the real quick. See here and here, These two areas, they got servants quarters, exits. So if you want to line up, line up the exit this way for us. That's also fine. [01:04:04] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, I can do that. I think I can do that. And from underneath one of these cabinets, she grabs this thing that looks like a scroll and shoves it into one of your hands, probably Lorelai, actually, and says, I think these are the plants. We should get them out no matter what. [01:04:23] Speaker C: Yes, absolutely. Okay, Laurie, I'm going to leave you here with. Juni. [01:04:33] Speaker A: Is gonna come over to you and just kind of quickly sort of sweep you up into a kiss and say, be safe. [01:04:48] Speaker C: Aren't I always? And I'm getting ready for that dishonored drop. [01:04:55] Speaker D: Yeah. Leith has shed the visage of a guard. I think originally her hair was sort of braided and then pinned up. She takes a moment to undo the pin. So it's just the braid I have a dandy move called feeling your oats, which means I can. I'll just read it because the flavor text is really good. You are incredible, impeccable, an icon of style and grace, and everyone knows it. In this moment, you are living your fantasy and no one can shake you out of it. Roll a deception check. You can substitute that result for one will save you would be required to make in the next minute. [01:05:34] Speaker B: So. [01:05:37] Speaker D: Lesbians are kissing. [01:05:38] Speaker A: Good. [01:05:39] Speaker D: Leith is taking a minute to feel herself before dropping down from the catwalk. [01:05:46] Speaker C: The only thing I want to add is I'm taking off my skirt. It's. This is a very lovely dress. All of gray wings dresses are actually just gigantic skirts with like a top because she needs to be able to push all of it off. So I'm taking off the the skirt because I don't think I can fight with it properly. And I am wrapping what's left of like the top and the bustle with it, like around one of my legs tying into a knot. So I basically just look like I have one pant leg on the whole time. I'm not necessarily fighting in underwear. This is semi Victorian bloodborne. So I have like the equivalent of bloomers or something like that on. But it's just. I just want to be practical for when I'm kicking ass. I'm gonna keep the hat on for now though, so I can do a cool throw off later there. This is why I double masked. [01:06:44] Speaker A: Yeah. So yeah, you different meaning. But you do that and you're heading out to the catwalk to do the dishonored drop. I think I'm going to need acrobatic rolls from people for this. [01:07:04] Speaker C: Gosh. How big was the drop again? [01:07:07] Speaker A: It is probably like 30ft. [01:07:12] Speaker C: I have wind pillow. So let's, yeah, treat all falls as though they were 10ft less than the actual distance traveled. That's just like as a heads up, a prerequisite. I'd also like to open the gate or connect with my gate. I forgot what it was called. [01:07:33] Speaker A: You can do that? [01:07:41] Speaker C: Yeah. Just so that way I have the wind all set up, you know, 25 acrobatics. [01:07:50] Speaker D: I went ahead and used a hero point because our first one was really bad. So 30 acrobatics. [01:07:56] Speaker A: 30 acrobatics. You are both only going to take 10 points of damage from this fall. As. What does it look like? How in sync are you? [01:08:12] Speaker C: Yo. Oh, my God. Okay, Dare I say that we are as in Singh is jumping off like the. The eagle point peak in Assassin's Creed, where it's just like, we got enough time to do, like, a 360 spin before we get into a dive on a perfectly coiffed bed of flowers. Like, can I. Can we. Can we do that? [01:08:34] Speaker D: Yeah. Leith is dressed in white and feathers. I think that falling with her sort of hair flying free. She is very angelic looking, except for the red from both the gems on her arms and also the blood from the guards. [01:08:51] Speaker C: My hair is also braided and I'm, like, wearing the opposite black. Oh, my God. [01:08:54] Speaker A: Really? [01:08:56] Speaker C: Dude, we're so hot. We're. We. We probably look great. This is. They're going to think it's a show until people start potentially dying. [01:09:04] Speaker A: Yeah, it happens. And everyone on the ballroom floor, you watch as the two figures descend in sync and land in sync and. And Cygnus turns around as it's looking and looks actually surprised. And before anyone can do anything else, you hear a loud whistle as Whiskey Jack steps forward and says, oh, I think judgment has come to the Lark Estate. And he's looking around and he puts his hat back on top of his head and says, larks, you have spent your years hurting and killing people. Lower, you deem as lower than you. And I think it's about time they got some payback. As he sort of looks around and just for a moment, you all see Whiskey for what he is. You see this skeletal cowboy with these flaming eyes as all of the lights in the ballroom snuff out instantly as you can kind of start to hear the ground crack and crunch as these skeletal figures start to push their way up from the bottom. And I think that's sufficient chaos and we'll figure out what happens next time. [01:11:05] Speaker C: Thank you, Daddy Jack really was Ghost Rider this ass. Oh, my goodness. [01:11:13] Speaker F: I did not see that coming. [01:11:19] Speaker G: Thank you, everyone. [01:11:20] Speaker A: Can I take us out? Yes. Holy. [01:11:23] Speaker G: I want him to take me out at this point. On a date. Anyways, thank you, everyone, for listening. A wonderful episode of Goblets and Gays. [01:13:09] Speaker A: Is sa.
