[00:01:30] Speaker B: Hello everybody, welcome back to Goblets and Gaze. I'm Aubrey, your gm. I'll tell us the joint players to introduce themselves, who they are, who their playing and we'll get rolling into things. [00:01:39] Speaker C: Hi, I'm Aki and I play the vigilante Grave Wing who is a Nagaji self monk and kineticist. We both use she her pronouns. [00:01:51] Speaker D: Hello I am Faris she her and I play Aloha tv. Also she her a bardic thaumaturge beast kin doing her best while juggling a family curse, falling in love and of. [00:02:01] Speaker E: Course the end of the world. [00:02:05] Speaker F: Hello, I'm Dusty, I use they he pronouns and I'm playing eu formerly Moran, still a problem, just angrier now. They are a blood hunter nephilim problem just just trying to fix things even though it's all bad. They also use they he pronouns. [00:02:30] Speaker G: Hello, I'm Sparlock and I play Alistair Whiskerfield, the great rat detective, arcane archer and wizard extraordinaire, the revolutionary firebrand, sworn enemy to the Scriabins and scourge of the bourgeoisie and master of Nicodemus Tower. We both use he him pronouns. [00:02:52] Speaker H: Hi, I'm Tick. I use he she they pronouns. And today I'll be playing Niall who uses he they pronouns. He cooks, he cleans, he eats people and has an alien parasite living in his spine slowly consuming him. What more could you ask for? [00:03:06] Speaker I: Hi, I'm Alyssa. My pronouns are they, them and I play Laith Idrisi, the fourth Dampier, dandy, rogue, failed matricide with a negative one constitution modifier. Laithe uses she any pronouns. [00:03:19] Speaker B: What happened last time? [00:03:22] Speaker H: All right gamers, last time on this game we were in a bit of a pickle and by pickle I mean death chamber. We managed to very elegantly escape as we were almost killed several times again as usual. And we took good old grandpa back to the house, had a nice meal. We had a few conversations amongst each other, mostly lore filling out the gaps, deciding things. And we killed Talos point blank so he could not come back. [00:03:52] Speaker C: We kill Talus. [00:03:54] Speaker D: There was no group effort anyways. Revisionists. Hey I'm. [00:04:00] Speaker H: I'm the update or I can say whatever I want. I can say that like Yuri and Tallis had sloppy makeout session before he Died. Like I can say whatever I want. [00:04:12] Speaker E: Did you listen to the previous episodes? Hey, Gaslight, the listeners. [00:04:18] Speaker C: Get out of here. [00:04:20] Speaker H: So after they made us sloppy style, we made our way out of the hole through the elevator, met up with Gravering, who was waiting for us because she also was like, you know, the elevator squad is like her friends, you know, as it be. And we had a quick little fill in about what happened, but nothing in depth. And we are rolling into updating each group about what the fuck happened because honestly, I have been very gone every time that there's been a graveling and Guest and Alastair episode. And now I am learning that they have like solved half the city and I'm like, wow, I'd like to hear about them. [00:04:51] Speaker F: That. [00:04:51] Speaker H: That sounds pretty poggers. [00:04:53] Speaker B: Yeah. Speaking of. It's several hours later you find yourselves back in the Wolsten Craft manor, having just showered, fresh clothes, and sitting down to eat food cooked in an actual kitchen. As you all work to update each other on what's happen. [00:05:20] Speaker H: Do you guys. [00:05:20] Speaker D: Want to go first? [00:05:21] Speaker B: Yeah. There's also a Vittorio joining you, I guess. [00:05:26] Speaker F: Ramps. Oh, right. [00:05:29] Speaker D: So who is this to be here. [00:05:31] Speaker E: For this or does he want to. [00:05:33] Speaker D: Be like, I don't know, in a bed? [00:05:36] Speaker E: He hasn't had a bed in like a hundred years. [00:05:40] Speaker B: He's awake. You well join. [00:05:44] Speaker C: So who is this again? [00:05:52] Speaker F: I'm gonna look at Lou. I'm going to look at Vittorio. I'm like, who should. So this is our great grandfather. Great, great grandfather. Great, great. How many greats? [00:06:15] Speaker B: Oh, if there's at least two generations, maybe three. [00:06:19] Speaker F: He was locked in a vault for a long time. [00:06:26] Speaker B: By my calculations, maybe about 75 years. [00:06:30] Speaker F: 75 years. [00:06:31] Speaker C: You don't look like you're over 75. [00:06:36] Speaker B: Thank you. [00:06:39] Speaker C: Not a compliment. Why are you still alive? [00:06:44] Speaker B: I think it has something to do with the curse that I'm the progenitor of. [00:06:54] Speaker F: Yeah, yeah, he's. He's. He's the cursed man. [00:06:58] Speaker C: Oh, okay. [00:07:01] Speaker F: You know how we have like a family. Like a family secret things that. Yeah, yeah, that's. [00:07:07] Speaker C: Yeah, apparently they. [00:07:09] Speaker F: They really meant secret holy. [00:07:12] Speaker G: So did he do the curse or was he the first person to be cursed? [00:07:17] Speaker D: Both. [00:07:17] Speaker F: Yes, yes. [00:07:20] Speaker D: Technically it is a spell. [00:07:26] Speaker B: Yeah, the. [00:07:30] Speaker F: Yeah, also Elias Score is the one that put them in there and also founded the Holy Blood. Am I remembering that correctly? A lot should happened. [00:07:49] Speaker C: We knew that. [00:07:50] Speaker B: Yes, yes, he was one of the founders. [00:07:54] Speaker F: But also the holy blood was in response to the curse. [00:08:00] Speaker G: But I. I think we're forgetting The. [00:08:03] Speaker D: The. [00:08:04] Speaker G: The important things is, are. Are you still feeling. [00:08:08] Speaker B: Beaky? [00:08:10] Speaker G: I was worried you were gonna try to eat me for a bit there. [00:08:14] Speaker F: Oh, wait, really? [00:08:20] Speaker D: Whoms. Whoms. [00:08:21] Speaker E: There's a lot of people that could apply to right now. Alistair is so snackable to so many members of the group. [00:08:30] Speaker C: Oh, you. You know, when you. When you point that out. Oh, damn. Alistair. [00:08:39] Speaker I: Have. [00:08:39] Speaker C: Okay, have you been feeling uncomfortable this whole time? Because you travel with like, three birds and a cannibal and a snake. [00:08:47] Speaker F: Three birds. I have questions. Why I am not blood cursed bird. [00:09:01] Speaker C: Yeah, when I said three birds, I kind of included you into that because I didn't want to assume. Whatever else you were, I don't know either, so. [00:09:10] Speaker F: Okay. [00:09:12] Speaker G: You know, I know I'm not the same as like the rats down in the sewers, but when you start losing control of your senses, it starts getting a little sketchy. So I am specifically asking Lou. [00:09:31] Speaker D: Oh, just. I'm also. [00:09:35] Speaker G: You know, you're our friend. I'm worried about how you're doing, but do I still look tasty? [00:09:41] Speaker D: You know, I think you're too big for me to eat. [00:09:50] Speaker E: That. [00:09:52] Speaker D: That's not very comforting. [00:09:56] Speaker F: I mean, suffice to say, Alistair, we are still cursed. So, you know. [00:10:03] Speaker D: That is pretty evident. [00:10:08] Speaker G: Your brain. Your feeling more yourself than you had been. [00:10:14] Speaker D: Yeah. Yeah. If I don't look it at the moment, but I am pretty much pretty. I'm pretty good. And anyway, you're like, alive. It's not really very appetizing. You know, Living. Living things. [00:10:39] Speaker F: Oh, we kill Talis again. We. Nile did. Dallas was alive still. But Dallas was helping. Eloquence was dying because of the ELD. We got. We got the. What the. Did we get the. Out of character. What the. Did we get? The notebook with the. [00:11:07] Speaker D: The notebook with the. [00:11:09] Speaker F: With. [00:11:10] Speaker D: Yeah, the cure. [00:11:11] Speaker F: Cure. [00:11:12] Speaker D: Alleged. [00:11:13] Speaker F: For ghoul fever stuff, right? [00:11:15] Speaker D: No, for Eloquence's. [00:11:18] Speaker F: Oh, okay. [00:11:19] Speaker E: Permanent bird mode. [00:11:21] Speaker F: Okay. [00:11:21] Speaker E: Allegedly clearly has never been tested. [00:11:24] Speaker F: Gotcha. We. They helped us get a alleged cure for the curse, which would also help eloquence. [00:11:36] Speaker D: Also still alive. [00:11:38] Speaker F: Yes, still alive. More stayed behind more of their faculties that we've initially believed, but kind of stuck. And then I'm gonna. I. Yuri's gonna look at Lou. Be like. Do you want to share anything else that we may have found out? [00:12:07] Speaker D: We have a potential ally if we wish to take it in. The fake queen. She has offered spies and soldiers to our gods. [00:12:25] Speaker F: I think you may be muted, Aki. [00:12:27] Speaker C: Am I. Hello. [00:12:28] Speaker D: Hello. [00:12:28] Speaker C: Oh, I might. Quiet. I might Be quiet. Sorry. [00:12:30] Speaker B: You were just like mouthing what very intense stare. [00:12:34] Speaker C: Yeah, okay. You know what? In character, gravely stares at you intensely. [00:12:40] Speaker E: I thought it was in character, to be honest. [00:12:43] Speaker C: I mean. Yeah, maybe. Why not? Right? Anyways, why was the Fae Queen in the hole? [00:12:53] Speaker I: Oh. [00:12:55] Speaker D: Correct question. It was a temporary situation. I think it was just cuz that is how she could make contact. [00:13:08] Speaker C: I'm going to need you to stop having temporary situationships. [00:13:15] Speaker F: Well, it was more. Remember how before everything happened, before I got kidnapped? There is with that situation where we said there was the lady of Thorns maybe impersonating Lou. [00:13:27] Speaker C: Yes, yes, I remember that apparently. Oh yeah. Okay, okay, okay. [00:13:38] Speaker F: I'm looking at Lou now. Are they gonna tell us if that happens again? No, because they switch spots is what happened. [00:13:46] Speaker C: How long did you switch spots for? [00:13:50] Speaker F: Not very enough to fool us to be fair. [00:13:53] Speaker C: Were you in. Was it you that got dropped in the hole or was it her? [00:13:59] Speaker D: It was. It was me. [00:14:01] Speaker C: Okay, that's important. All right. So what does she want in return? [00:14:09] Speaker D: Same. Same answer. Also me. [00:14:13] Speaker F: Or 50 years after we take care of the tyrant. [00:14:20] Speaker C: All right, cool. So we're not going to do that. [00:14:24] Speaker F: Thank you. [00:14:29] Speaker C: Ew for Sorry. I'm thinking of the implications. [00:14:34] Speaker F: You're going to make exaggerated emotions at Lou. [00:14:37] Speaker D: It was implied to be an ambassador sort of situation. [00:14:41] Speaker C: No, no, no work. The idea of having 50 years of servitude anyone is disgusting to me. That's. [00:14:55] Speaker D: That's what. [00:14:56] Speaker C: That's what the ill was for. [00:15:02] Speaker F: As much as. As possible. Strong allies as they could be. I don't think it's worth it. [00:15:07] Speaker C: No, no, no. Because if they really wanted to help, they would do it on their own. Considering that the world kind of includes them too. [00:15:20] Speaker D: That is true. However, she is not known for her even temperedness and refusing her outright might make an enemy out of her that we cannot afford. [00:15:39] Speaker C: So you don't call her back? [00:15:42] Speaker D: I don't get much choice in that. [00:15:47] Speaker G: We're gonna ghost the Fae Queen. [00:15:53] Speaker C: So she wants to help and just wants an ambassador of sorts. I personally don't mind having any more. What another royal that she supposed power. [00:16:07] Speaker D: She's also they have weakness connected to the family curse. [00:16:15] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:16:18] Speaker I: Hey Aubrey. [00:16:21] Speaker H: Yes? [00:16:22] Speaker I: Do we have any knowledge of the history between Maybid and Axir? [00:16:33] Speaker B: Oh, if you want to give me a. [00:16:42] Speaker I: I got gossip, I got society, I got. I might have history. I don't know. History's not a stat in this game. [00:16:51] Speaker B: It would be a society. [00:16:56] Speaker I: That is a. [00:16:59] Speaker B: 30. [00:17:04] Speaker I: Because I'm thinking about dear Grandpoppy Vittorio. And what would happen if he were dismembered? Since he was allowed to live in a thing forever and could not be killed. But anyway. Yes. Give me my test results. [00:17:24] Speaker B: What was the number again? One more time. [00:17:26] Speaker I: 30. [00:17:27] Speaker B: 30. Correlation, causation. There's something, But, you know, you would need a little bit more information. But there's a thread. You tug on that, see where it takes you. [00:17:51] Speaker I: Right, so while the group is talking more about Lou selling her body to another woman, Leith is going to turn to grandpappy and just straight up ask him what would have happened if instead of freeing you, we dismembered you. [00:18:16] Speaker F: Hey. What? [00:18:17] Speaker D: Leave. [00:18:21] Speaker F: Well. [00:18:25] Speaker I: You said the beast wouldn't let you die. [00:18:28] Speaker B: It certainly would not. So something like that, I think would. It would persist beyond keeping me alive. It would be incredibly painful, and I would prefer not to be dismembered. But I don't think it would allow me to die. [00:18:59] Speaker I: But the research on the curse, you got it from maybe at a journal? From maybe. Had they. It implies that they'd done something like this before. [00:19:11] Speaker B: Put it past Queen Map to have done something like this before. To make a deal like this. [00:19:16] Speaker D: Before. [00:19:19] Speaker C: 50 years, Ambassador. Sure. More like 50 years. Fun pet puppet experiment. Look, man, I don't mind making enemies with another bitch queen. She'll die like the rest of them. [00:19:35] Speaker I: Notably one bitch queen still alive, despite being dismembered, ripped apart in little boxes. And if you'll remember, Akos had us collecting those pieces for an alliance that never quite seemed to pan out into. [00:19:59] Speaker B: Anything just on the other side of the world. It's taking him a while to get there. [00:20:07] Speaker E: Maybe they'll run into some terrible trouble. [00:20:11] Speaker F: So also, if it's not clear, I. We also learned the curses very related to the Fae, so that's. That makes the whole thing with May pretty suspicious. Even more so. So. [00:20:29] Speaker B: I will also remind you, Lou, of the gift you received from the Servant. [00:20:34] Speaker D: Yes, I have not forgotten. [00:20:37] Speaker B: Good to know. [00:20:39] Speaker F: I was gonna bring something else up and I completely forgot. This is Dustin. This is not your toe. [00:20:48] Speaker C: Did Talis get brought up? I can't remember. [00:20:52] Speaker D: Informed. You informed the group that Talus is dead. Eloquence is not okay. [00:20:57] Speaker E: We didn't identify their relationship. We left out the nature of that and, like, why he was alive. [00:21:03] Speaker C: Okay. [00:21:04] Speaker D: Okay, so if you follow up questions. By all means, yeah, I was sort. [00:21:08] Speaker E: Of glossed over why they were both in the hole in the first place. [00:21:13] Speaker C: Okay. All right, let's just put the Fae aside. Talos. Do you guys care to elaborate or do you just want to play Vague City for a while? [00:21:27] Speaker D: There is not much to elaborate on. He had some mechanism to restore him to life, a sort of clockwork mechanism. And now he has been killed again. [00:21:46] Speaker C: Are you sure he's been killed? [00:21:48] Speaker D: I don't know, Niles. Are you sure? [00:21:51] Speaker H: Incredibly sure. I would be impressed beyond belief if he somehow survived what I put that body through. [00:21:58] Speaker G: Did you say clockwork? [00:22:01] Speaker D: That is what it looks like. [00:22:06] Speaker F: Like where the heart should be. Even though we fucking killed them. [00:22:12] Speaker G: I wonder if he's. [00:22:19] Speaker I: Do you know someone who can do that sort of surgery? I mean, the Clockwork union doesn't work on people, does it? [00:22:33] Speaker G: I mean. [00:22:36] Speaker F: I may know someone, but I don't think they're related to that. But Dallas was around. I mean, Dallas knew, and I want to point my thumb at Vittorio. They knew each other, so even around a minute. Also, I guess Talis was the last of the name or what have you. We had, like, stuff, and there was stuff in the vaults down there from, like, the royal families or the noble families. So we had something that. Tell us had something. When I said we had something, it was. [00:23:20] Speaker I: Who. [00:23:20] Speaker F: Also, they were sealed in there with a. With a cursed. Like a. A seal that we had to break that would, like, seal anyone with our bloodline, like, pointing at Lou and I. I think Lace got a sword. [00:23:39] Speaker I: Oh, yeah. My family had a vault down there as well, but it had been ransacked. [00:23:43] Speaker F: Right, right, right, right, right. [00:23:48] Speaker C: That sucks. [00:23:51] Speaker F: Yeah. Suspicious as all hell is, as usual. No offense, Slate, but, you know, I think that Yuri goes to take a drink, remembers what I remember, puts it down. Did you know Whiskey has, like, a call? Like, you could say their name multiple times? [00:24:10] Speaker D: No, we called. We called Whiskey up on accident. We kind of prank called him, frankly. [00:24:15] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:24:17] Speaker F: Also, what's going. What's. What's. They said your name. Very interesting. [00:24:24] Speaker C: They don't need to say gravely. [00:24:27] Speaker D: They said we should ask you about it. [00:24:30] Speaker F: They definitely did say we should ask you. [00:24:33] Speaker D: It's good. [00:24:36] Speaker C: It's all good. It's fine. [00:24:40] Speaker F: Bit, but they are like a God or something. [00:24:45] Speaker C: I didn't know that. I did not know that. I. I know I would have known that, but I did not. I have put this man through doors before, so I. I genuinely did not know that. [00:25:04] Speaker I: Like, in a kinky way or. [00:25:07] Speaker C: He was in the way, and I told him to get out of the way, and he didn't, so. So I just, like, I just threw him. I used him to open the door. Well, we're not getting any More if. [00:25:22] Speaker F: You pour out some shots and say his name a couple times, he appears. [00:25:26] Speaker C: Well, that. But okay. [00:25:30] Speaker F: I paid my dues, by the way. I guess y' all made deals, which I appreciate still. So. [00:25:40] Speaker C: Okay. [00:25:41] Speaker D: Yeah. [00:25:41] Speaker C: No, It'll happen when it happens. It'll happen when it happens. [00:25:45] Speaker F: Sure, sure, sure. I'm not one to talk. [00:25:53] Speaker C: Grave Wing. Just drinks. Just downs all of her coffee. Just all of it. She's not awake enough for this. [00:26:04] Speaker F: So what happened up here? You said a lot of stuff. [00:26:11] Speaker D: Yeah. So. [00:26:16] Speaker C: We made friends. Turns out Yellow Jacket had a very high important contact who I at least trust enough. Shares our goals. One Judith Strauss. [00:26:45] Speaker F: Really? [00:26:47] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:26:48] Speaker D: What is the nature of Judith's relationship to that name? [00:26:58] Speaker C: They have a really important cousin. Ah, yeah. Hilarious, right? Like, we traded one cousin issue and we gained another. [00:27:11] Speaker F: Well, now you have more, I guess double it. [00:27:19] Speaker C: But she is a cleric. Has a fairy cleric of the voice. [00:27:30] Speaker I: Unaffiliated. Or. [00:27:34] Speaker G: She'S a. Or they are a lamp lighter. [00:27:41] Speaker C: Okay. [00:27:41] Speaker F: Yeah, well, that's. [00:27:43] Speaker C: And they got us quite literally on the same day. A meeting with my brother. And then we took him down. Wow. [00:27:54] Speaker D: Oh, he is. [00:27:56] Speaker C: We have control. No, you said he was. [00:27:59] Speaker D: Is he alive? [00:28:01] Speaker C: Yes. Okay, here's the other thing. The tyrant in the tyrant's indoctrination, it's got a hold on him. And it's begun in my sister, who we. Excuse me. Who we also rescued. Judith is reversing it, but it takes time. Important thing to note is that the eyes start changing. It's visual. My brother's eyes were not the same. And he was not talking even in the same vocal cadence that he talks to me. Us to have family. It was very different. [00:28:56] Speaker F: Yuri stack in the hide. It is going to, like, visibly look around at everyone and just say, what does it look like? [00:29:04] Speaker C: Your pupils start looking real weird, and there's black veins from the face. [00:29:15] Speaker D: Okay. So did any of you have a dream in the last few days? [00:29:21] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:29:22] Speaker F: Yeah. Yeah. [00:29:27] Speaker C: That's how it starts. To my knowledge, tyrant offers you stuff and supposedly keeps persistently offering you things. And I'm assuming you just give up or you start to. [00:29:48] Speaker D: You have to take the offer. [00:29:52] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:29:54] Speaker G: Why would anyone do that? Doesn't make sense. But it happens. [00:29:58] Speaker D: People get desperate. No, no. No one here did that. Right? [00:30:04] Speaker C: No, that can't offer me anything. Nothing. [00:30:15] Speaker F: But should still be cautious of it regardless. [00:30:19] Speaker D: Yeah. [00:30:21] Speaker C: Above table. Aubrey, has there been progress, like, notable progress with at least, like, my. My siblings. Any of my siblings at all? Because Judith was doing it every day. [00:30:31] Speaker B: Every day. [00:30:32] Speaker C: Once A day? Yeah. [00:30:34] Speaker G: Your. [00:30:34] Speaker B: Your sister will probably be free from it by the end of the week, but it may take a couple of weeks for. For your brother. [00:30:43] Speaker C: My sister's already made improvements. Health wise. She looks better, but she's. She's not a paranoid person. She has become a paranoid person. I think in a week she'll be free. I don't know about any lasting effects. Currently we have my brother captured in his house, which we also have Emerald. [00:31:17] Speaker B: Grove. [00:31:17] Speaker C: Wait, what is Reach? Thank you. Emerald Reach. We have in disguise a place there. [00:31:28] Speaker F: Okay, okay. I. I have a contact in Emerald Reach as well. So that makes me at least. [00:31:39] Speaker C: I think if we're careful and for quiet we can keep that place. But not until we at least figure out how long it. It'll take my brother to be better. Also, there's a mole in the bloody blades. [00:32:04] Speaker D: Like. [00:32:04] Speaker A: Oh, a. [00:32:07] Speaker D: Do you mean that like in the spy novel sense or do you mean that in like the little creature. [00:32:14] Speaker C: Spy novel, do you? [00:32:17] Speaker D: Oh, those are real. I guess. [00:32:19] Speaker C: Oh, look, we got. We got somebody who's telling our secrets to the baddies above table. [00:32:26] Speaker F: Was I here for this? We all find out or was this. This was while I was in. [00:32:31] Speaker B: This is while you were. You were in the hall. [00:32:34] Speaker F: So when did you all find out? [00:32:38] Speaker C: Quite literally when you guys went in the hole. We were able to confirm it. We? Alistair found a sending stone form of a ring in the bar. [00:32:54] Speaker G: Unfortunately, I tried searching other people's places, see if I could find anything specific. All I found was perfume. So much perfume. [00:33:08] Speaker F: You said you found it at the bar. [00:33:11] Speaker C: Yeah. Okay, We've been feeding false information to see if we can r wee weed them out. [00:33:25] Speaker B: Quick question. Who's the circle of trust on this for the false information? [00:33:31] Speaker E: Apparently Vittorio is part of it now. [00:33:33] Speaker B: No, I meant like out of character. Like who. [00:33:36] Speaker D: Who. [00:33:37] Speaker B: Who knows the information that you're feeding is false. [00:33:40] Speaker C: I believe it's. It's Lorelai, me, Alistair, now this group here. But in. But like I don't know if Lorelai would have included anybody else over. I'm suspecting unfortunately. [00:33:59] Speaker I: But. [00:33:59] Speaker F: But you. You definitely only told Lorelai. Okay? [00:34:02] Speaker C: Yeah, definitely only told Lore. Yeah, nobody. Nobody else. Cuz we. We managed to get everybody in one room to. With a distraction. Okay, the other thing. [00:34:15] Speaker D: How long they have been feeding information? Is there a way we can narrow it down based off of new crew crews? [00:34:24] Speaker C: We. We barely have any new recruits. That's the. [00:34:28] Speaker D: Well, I mean has it been going on since we have been anathema or is it more Recent or is it older than that? But if you don't know, you don't know. [00:34:36] Speaker C: No, no dates yet. No, nothing like that. But we're losing the blades. Bloody blades are losing bases. So our reach is getting smaller and smaller. Personally, I'd like to attack the ROE as soon as we can because we are losing a lot of ground right now with the bowl and this and that. And honestly, I don't. I don't feel too keen about all of our other hideouts anymore. [00:35:19] Speaker I: All right. Above table. I thought that your brother was the one who was in charge of the row and you took him down. [00:35:27] Speaker C: No. [00:35:30] Speaker F: Jack, was it? [00:35:32] Speaker D: Jack. [00:35:32] Speaker B: Johnny. [00:35:33] Speaker C: Johnny. [00:35:34] Speaker F: Johnny, Johnny. [00:35:35] Speaker I: Okay. [00:35:36] Speaker E: And it was a name we'd made fun of. [00:35:37] Speaker C: Yeah. Johnny Rotten. [00:35:40] Speaker D: Right? [00:35:40] Speaker F: Johnny fucking Rotten. [00:35:42] Speaker C: Johnny fucking Rotten. That's who has the row. Who also put the bounty on Lorelai. [00:35:47] Speaker D: Rotten Row. Got it. [00:35:49] Speaker C: Oh, there's. There's one more thing we did. I've been trying to. I've been trading some of these people. We got. We got about five new kineticists which. [00:36:12] Speaker F: Wow. [00:36:13] Speaker D: Oh, you mentioned that very briefly. Nadia is one of them. [00:36:17] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:36:19] Speaker F: Let's go, Nadia. [00:36:23] Speaker C: Pretty nice. Honestly, getting more. I don't know if you notice, the air feels a little cleaner here to me. But. [00:36:33] Speaker F: I mean it's definitely nice from. You're using the point down. [00:36:39] Speaker C: Yeah. Well, we've got five of them now. They're a little new, but they're eager to learn. [00:36:53] Speaker F: You would not have have happened to her directed to grave wing about anything about the Our family like Lord and. [00:37:03] Speaker C: I agree. [00:37:07] Speaker B: Most of the nobles have gone to ground in the last like four or five days. It's. It's been hard to get any information that's going on in Silver Court. Yeah, especially after what happened to the Larks. [00:37:22] Speaker C: No, unfortunately all. All the blue bloods went ironically underground. The Larks are completely dead say for brother in law and their bastard that they have around somewhere. [00:37:40] Speaker D: Yori's father is likely in very great danger. [00:37:46] Speaker F: So really didn't get a chance to inform the whole situation of why your brother can kick my ass. I would say I want to kick his ass back. But I think you did it for me. So I appreciate that. [00:37:59] Speaker C: I promise you it was embarrassing. [00:38:02] Speaker F: Good, good. So Orencia has been working on a poison a very the one I guess that she was going to have people drink at the ball the masquerade and is selling it to people all the noble families. She also has been testing it on my father for a very long time. In pill form. [00:38:36] Speaker C: No, that is crazy. The purple drink. [00:38:46] Speaker D: The. [00:38:47] Speaker F: I think that is the telling factor is that it's very clearly purple. It has. I list off the ingredients that I remember. I remember that was a lavender or lilac or something. Wolfsbane, other stuff. And I like. I. I list these off as like. It's. The purple is like the very clear identifier. At least as of now. Martensia, unfortunately is a very skilled alchemist. [00:39:20] Speaker C: So. [00:39:23] Speaker F: It'S something we need to worry about. I mean, it looks like their plan was to murder everyone at the masquerade, including the other nobles, probably as a grab for power because they weren't there. [00:39:36] Speaker I: Well, now that they can bring them back and repossess them, so why not? Murder? [00:39:45] Speaker F: Yeah. Yeah. And I. I believe that's a direct tie to the Unbroken. [00:39:52] Speaker C: It's gotta be good. [00:39:53] Speaker F: I mean, they were working hand in hand with what it was Elias score that I punched. Right. At the best grade. Or was it high priest? [00:40:06] Speaker B: It was the high priest. [00:40:08] Speaker D: Okay. It punched the high priest. [00:40:10] Speaker F: Yeah, it was the main. They were the high priest obviously knew what was going on. They were the one calling for a toast for my head and your brother's head. But I mean, it was still a toast. [00:40:23] Speaker B: And you would notice that especially the nobles among you. Not every family was invited. Quite a few families didn't go. [00:40:35] Speaker F: Do we remember which ones? [00:40:37] Speaker D: Weren't the scabons ours? [00:40:40] Speaker F: The addresses. [00:40:41] Speaker B: There were others as well. Like full vampire twins. [00:40:45] Speaker D: Weren't there? Right. I forgot their name. But from the very, very, very beginning, that's who. [00:40:52] Speaker F: Orencia had records that they were selling the movies into. [00:40:58] Speaker C: They. [00:40:59] Speaker B: They were there, but they were with. They were like up in the area, like where Cygnus was. They were helping get the toast. [00:41:09] Speaker D: Gotcha. [00:41:12] Speaker F: Yeah, like. And like I'll point it out. Like. Oh, like literally all the families weren't there. So. [00:41:19] Speaker C: W. Don't like that. Okay, there's. [00:41:25] Speaker F: Okay, this is. Sorry, we're going b. Out but above table again. Was it lose when I found out that they want someone was looking to make a new form of government. Like overthrow the current government. [00:41:38] Speaker D: Yeah. Was that shared with the group told me. Yeah. [00:41:40] Speaker E: Eventually I finally did have a chance to tell the group. [00:41:43] Speaker F: Okay, okay. So that. Okay, now Donna in character. Okay. Going back. So like, I mean, so something's going on. The. The Unbroken, the High priest, they want to be in power right now for some reason. So. Oh, something. [00:42:03] Speaker D: Paloma's information. [00:42:06] Speaker F: You said the. [00:42:08] Speaker D: No, I. I had a. A note from her ages ago. I asked for if she had any insight because she is trying to get into government and so has a lot of contacts. And she said that there was unrest amongst the nobles and that there was a faction that was hoping to seize power. [00:42:30] Speaker F: Oh, okay. [00:42:32] Speaker D: Now, wondering how she knew that, but I. That is for another time. [00:42:43] Speaker F: I mean, the most notable thing is that the Scabin weren't there, and then our families weren't there. So unfortunately, this is all going down to those kidnappers. [00:43:03] Speaker C: Doing a lot more than that. This is what it sounds like. Okay, okay. [00:43:10] Speaker D: Okay. [00:43:12] Speaker C: We're gonna need, like, eight plans. [00:43:19] Speaker F: Yeah, I think you're right. We should take back thorough. We need to get people. We need to let people know what's going on. [00:43:38] Speaker D: Thorough, Uncle Felipe. Yeah, and then everything else is very large, but that doesn't mean we can't break it down into smaller pieces and deal with on the one at the time. But those things feel the most immediately pressing. Yeah, I also it. Did we happen to get the blueprints that were requested by Zorus? Did we get those during the masquerade, by any chance? [00:44:19] Speaker C: Yeah, I look to Lorelei. [00:44:22] Speaker B: Lorelei nods and says, yeah, I have them in a safe place. [00:44:29] Speaker D: I would. If it is not too much trouble, I would like to take it to the chorus once we have a moment. [00:44:36] Speaker F: Was the chorus? [00:44:38] Speaker D: The chorus? [00:44:40] Speaker B: You heard. I wasn't there. [00:44:43] Speaker D: You have not heard of the chorus? Y. I thought you are tapped into the city. They are only well known and infamous. [00:44:50] Speaker F: Wait, Aubrey, do I know about the curse? [00:44:54] Speaker B: Give me a society check. [00:44:57] Speaker E: Well, y. You clearly don't read the. The penny dreadfuls about the spy bards in the theater. [00:45:05] Speaker F: You could have just stopped at like. You clearly don't read. [00:45:10] Speaker D: It's giving you the benefit, you know, you dated. [00:45:12] Speaker C: No, no, no, no. Remember? All Yuri has done, admittedly, is fund rebellions. Who said anything about learning about them? [00:45:22] Speaker F: Hey, listen here, you little shit. Listen here. Just because I only rolled up with. [00:45:27] Speaker E: You, okay, I really know why the poet broke up with you. Hey, you never read any of their poetry. [00:45:39] Speaker C: The poet was, like, talking about their job and how, like, work sucked, and you was just like, yeah, I guess, you know, poetry must be so hard. Look, Yuri read the poems about him. [00:45:52] Speaker I: Once he heard that they existed. [00:45:54] Speaker D: I don't know. [00:45:55] Speaker E: I think that's how the poet knew that they could do it, was because they knew Yuri would never be able to read the poems. Dissing them. [00:46:05] Speaker F: Okay, I make one joke, and y' all just tower. All right, I know that Yuri is the tower, but come the on, okay? [00:46:16] Speaker E: We've stuck A fork in you. You're done with. [00:46:18] Speaker B: With the 15. The answer is it sounds familiar but you can't place it. [00:46:24] Speaker F: So like it's a choir group or something. [00:46:30] Speaker D: They are like spies. They are like bards. Nobody knows our true identity. They are part of the theater. They're no one. They're everyone. Possibly my sister is one of them. Possibly. [00:46:45] Speaker F: I see. I see. I don't. We never really talked much, so. [00:46:51] Speaker D: Neither did I. But she seems cool. We have started talking recently and she gave me a little things like a talk to the chorus if I ever need to turn an emergency. And I immediately need to turn an emergency because you kind of, you know, got kidnapped and there was a house fire and everything was bad. So. Said that you know, they could help us with a little bit if we cut them the plan. So. Yeah. And yeah, I just. I just got to talk to them for the plans to pay our debt. Maybe find out if my sister is involved. [00:47:32] Speaker C: There is one more thing then if we're for sure use the plans. But the Larks do have a bastard and they don't mean my brother in law. They apparently got another one out there that they never claimed. [00:47:51] Speaker D: Ah. [00:47:52] Speaker C: I think her name's Octavia or something. With the Black Powder Collective. No, but I'm thinking we could probably try reaching out and we're pretty chill with the Black Powder Collective. Yeah, maybe still in the city maybe. I would like to see if we could somehow leverage anything left and I don't know. Bastards seem pretty upset all the time. But that's something to keep in mind. I. I don't know. I don't work too much with pirates. Are they pirates? They're pirates or they're like totally pirates? [00:48:46] Speaker F: I guess so. Yeah. [00:48:47] Speaker D: They kind of give the impression of like unionized pirates. I don't know if that's accurate. That is just the impression I got. [00:48:57] Speaker C: Still a lead that we could try and look into while we're doing this. [00:49:03] Speaker D: Do is your thought with that that she would reclaim our inheritance but like in a way that is helpful to us or do you mean to lever. [00:49:14] Speaker C: Okay, exactly that. Exactly that. Looks the Larks had so much money. [00:49:26] Speaker F: Yeah. [00:49:28] Speaker C: We just need someone with very legitimate not doxed. My brother in law's not here not doxxed information about them. And he's also like openly disowned. I don't know if he had. I don't know how this claim works. Okay, this is out of my whatever but a bastard should have claim. [00:49:49] Speaker D: Yes. [00:49:51] Speaker C: And I mean she could pocket however much Money she wants. But some funds would help or at least something. I don't know, a boat? I don't know. [00:50:04] Speaker F: I mean. [00:50:04] Speaker C: I don't know. [00:50:05] Speaker F: A collective. [00:50:06] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. [00:50:10] Speaker F: I. I know nobilities here. They care a lot about blood. So if they have a way of just proving that that's their way in. And all these other nobles would be like, well, that's what the. What then we look at Vittorio. What would they say in your day, that's what the gods believe. Or some like that. [00:50:35] Speaker B: And he smiles and says. But the funny thing you should mention. Easy way to prove blood. [00:50:44] Speaker C: The vault. [00:50:45] Speaker D: Wait, we should not go down in the vault. [00:50:47] Speaker B: There are other vaults coded like that in the city. Oh, oh, in. As long as it's still there. In the coin district, there's the bank. Many of the old families do keep vaults there. [00:51:03] Speaker C: Oh, can you guys. Can you guys fleece your families dry. [00:51:11] Speaker D: Me? [00:51:11] Speaker F: Probably not publicly however. [00:51:19] Speaker D: Would not be any trouble at all. [00:51:26] Speaker B: This. And if. [00:51:27] Speaker D: No, to be fair, there is not a lot of money left in the Valer house. Most of the money is the house itself. [00:51:35] Speaker F: Do you think. I don't know if it'll work on the Moran's. I could probably disguise myself as one of the cousins. We have those disguise things, right? [00:51:48] Speaker D: I can whip one up for you. Yes. And also we have this scarf. Yes. [00:51:52] Speaker F: Yeah, I think because I could go in for the Moran. Like. I mean, I have cousins still. [00:52:00] Speaker C: If that. [00:52:00] Speaker F: Obviously it can't be me because you know. [00:52:04] Speaker D: Well, if. If. [00:52:06] Speaker C: If that'll work, then I think we should do it. I mean if anything it's gonna really piss. It's really gonna piss off your families. And you know, I could use a laugh. [00:52:19] Speaker D: No. [00:52:23] Speaker F: All the. Unfortunately all the family members I trust are in this room right now, so. [00:52:32] Speaker C: I would hope so. [00:52:36] Speaker D: It would be nice that there was more than one piece. [00:52:43] Speaker F: I have re. Remind me. Alice Moran is the person for. [00:52:53] Speaker B: Is it salvation row, actually the senator for salvation row. Aunt. [00:53:00] Speaker F: My. Well, my aunt. [00:53:07] Speaker D: On the other side of the family. [00:53:08] Speaker F: Yeah. Moran Alice. They had ascended her for salvation row. [00:53:14] Speaker I: Which means they sold out the people that. [00:53:19] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:53:20] Speaker I: Cyrus claimed. [00:53:25] Speaker C: They. [00:53:26] Speaker F: Unfortunately they have never had much of a spine. What I remember. [00:53:32] Speaker C: Actually that's a really good point. Would either of you know any blue bloods that aren't spineless? [00:53:44] Speaker D: Depending on if they survived the masquerade, then yes, that was some. Most of what I did during the masquerade was finding potential allies amongst the nobility. [00:53:57] Speaker F: Yeah, I know one or two. [00:54:01] Speaker I: And I can't speak to being spineless. But I certainly found some who are against the Scriabens, which might be good enough. [00:54:13] Speaker C: That might be really good actually, for when we're doing awkward union stuff. [00:54:23] Speaker B: I will speak up and say we did. We did learn some other things. Specifically about the Blade. [00:54:31] Speaker I: Oh. [00:54:32] Speaker D: Oh, what did you learn? [00:54:35] Speaker B: Many of them have been sent to different districts of the city and given different jobs. [00:54:43] Speaker D: What kind of jobs are they not already having a job that is to be a menace to society and a murderer? [00:54:54] Speaker E: Alyssa. [00:55:00] Speaker C: Well, okay, I want to. [00:55:01] Speaker E: Johnny Rotten showing up. Like I'm going to do your plumbing today. Heard you had a leak. [00:55:06] Speaker C: Okay, no, but listen, listen. List. Shut up. Oh my God. I watch it. I'm just saying, listen, all I'm thinking, all I'm saying is like, actually, can you imagine like super villain civil engineer or city's my guy truly. [00:55:26] Speaker I: Toast. [00:55:27] Speaker C: Oh my God. [00:55:33] Speaker F: What were we saying? [00:55:35] Speaker E: They have jobs. What are their jobs? [00:55:37] Speaker C: That was the question. [00:55:38] Speaker E: On earth are their jobs. [00:55:42] Speaker B: Yes. Lorelei sort of pulls out a map of the city and she starts with Bloodline, was assigned to Emerald Reach and was sort of acting as the High Priest's right hand. So that's good to have him off the board right now. And we know that Johnny is in Salvation Row and his job was to quell and deal with the Bloody Blades and to keep that because they were a threat. And we'll mark on Clockwork Halls and saying someone known as Bedlam is in the Clockwork Halls assisting the SC Albans with their union busting. There is Snapdragon over in the Darklight Bazaar who is supposedly weeding out dissidents. There is Madam Hollow over in the Ash District assisting the Scabin with something, something to deal with whatever their plan is. And then there's the Sin Eater in Ravenswood. His job is just so fear. [00:57:03] Speaker C: The Sin Eater should be fucking dead, by the way. My sister killed him a few years ago, so. [00:57:12] Speaker D: Well, that seems to be going around in the city. [00:57:15] Speaker F: Yeah. [00:57:17] Speaker D: I'm just surprised. Yep. Do we think. I don't know if you know, do we think that they are not dead in the way that Lydia Dorsey is not dead? Or is it similar? [00:57:33] Speaker C: I think that is the exact way. Which, you know, might actually be a little bit more preferable when you think about it. He was the type of guy to monologue supposedly while killing people, you know? And last I checked, I looked. I looked at Leith. Your mom didn't really talk. I don't remember if she spoke. I just remember a lot of huh. You know. [00:58:02] Speaker I: Well, that might have been More to do with the manner of her death than her propensity for speaking vocal cords, you know? [00:58:15] Speaker C: Yeah, that's a good point. Look, if this guy monologues, it's. It's going to be a really long fight. It's going to be a pretentious fight. It's not. [00:58:26] Speaker D: Aubrey, what did you say? Snapdragon. Where Snapdragon was assigned. [00:58:30] Speaker B: Dark, light, bizarre. [00:58:31] Speaker D: And then what was Bloodline's job? [00:58:39] Speaker B: Bloodline, it was acting as the right hand of the high priest. [00:58:47] Speaker E: Oh, okay. [00:58:50] Speaker D: Sex aside. Literally. [00:58:54] Speaker C: And we are. And to. To my knowledge, the fact. Check me, Aubrey. We. We have. So we have, like, in quotations, control over Emerald solely because we are still we. We have people like, in lamplighter costumes, like. Like kind of low key patrolling the place. And Judith. Judith supposedly is stationed there as well. [00:59:19] Speaker B: So Judith is running interference. [00:59:21] Speaker C: Yeah, so we have. We. We have control, like in quotations. It's very. Like, if we ever go in there, we kind of have to advise ourselves kind of way. So it's like temporary control. [00:59:31] Speaker D: Yeah. [00:59:33] Speaker B: You know, using it as little as possible is probably a good idea. Like if you're. If you're going to use it, it's. It's an emergency. [00:59:40] Speaker C: Yeah, we're most. I think graveling is mostly going in there every day just to be like, look at the brother leave. The brother, you know, did he eat? Yeah, he did. He's staying locked up. [00:59:57] Speaker I: Bye. [00:59:57] Speaker C: You know, like, it's just one of those vibes. [01:00:05] Speaker B: Certainly a lot of information. [01:00:11] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:00:16] Speaker C: I think that's everything, right? We covered it all, for the most part. [01:00:23] Speaker B: I can't think of anything else. Anything else that, like, I don't know, there's something. Other things that people might want to share, but, you know. [01:00:31] Speaker D: Nope. I don't know what you're talking about. [01:00:34] Speaker F: Which. [01:00:37] Speaker C: I got a question. [01:00:39] Speaker F: Okay. [01:00:41] Speaker C: So your mom is somewhere. Should we be worried? [01:00:49] Speaker D: No. [01:00:52] Speaker C: All right, I'll take your word for it. What do we do with your grandfather? [01:01:01] Speaker D: I was hoping we could keep him. He wants to kill Elias Gore, which I thought all of you would be really down for. [01:01:11] Speaker F: Yeah, extremely. [01:01:12] Speaker D: And he kind of. I mean, Gore ruined his life and imprisoned him and sort of brainwashed his son and used him to create the formula that the Holy Blood is now using. [01:01:25] Speaker F: Yeah. [01:01:26] Speaker D: Yeah. [01:01:28] Speaker B: I will prove myself in any way that you need me to. I understand this is a weird situation. [01:01:35] Speaker D: He's so much better at being a bird than anyone that you have met that can be a bird, which is two whole people. [01:01:47] Speaker F: Also, his existence, being alive is Also going to be a huge shock to our families, so. [01:01:57] Speaker D: Oh, he got home. [01:01:59] Speaker F: No, no, no. But I think it would be really interesting for people to see very briefly in the controlled environment. [01:02:07] Speaker D: Who do you think would be. I mean, I'm really angry at our family would be interested, but I don't think Papas would have a heart attack. [01:02:18] Speaker F: Over this angry holding above. [01:02:23] Speaker D: Yes, my siblings might be interested. [01:02:30] Speaker C: Can you help them with their curse? [01:02:35] Speaker B: Yes, I believe I can at least help them manage it better. And once one gets fully in touch with the beast and understands the beast, that makes it easier to manage the curse as a whole. [01:02:54] Speaker C: Well, that's all I actually care about. [01:02:57] Speaker F: Oh, isn't the whole implication is that the holy blood is trying to get this curse to turn all those people to basically what we become into. [01:03:08] Speaker B: This? [01:03:10] Speaker F: Yeah, that. [01:03:14] Speaker D: That is what the poison is for. You think? [01:03:17] Speaker F: No, I think that's whatever else they're working on. [01:03:21] Speaker D: Oh. Just. [01:03:22] Speaker F: I think the poison is just to kill people. [01:03:25] Speaker D: Sure, sure. So they kill people, turn them into undead puppets, and then for everyone else they can become a monster using them. [01:03:34] Speaker B: Ransom back to antidote or money. [01:03:39] Speaker D: Yes, you know. [01:03:40] Speaker F: You know. Yeah. [01:03:42] Speaker D: Must be fun to have so much time on your hands. We also have a formula that may or may not work that Juniper gets to play around with. And if it does work, then my mother gets to stop being a bird permanently. [01:03:59] Speaker F: Yep. [01:04:00] Speaker D: I don't think it works on the curses are old, but I not sure. [01:04:10] Speaker B: It sounds like that's something for Juniper to find out. [01:04:13] Speaker D: That is something for Juniper to find out now that she has done very kindly helping make an elevator. [01:04:21] Speaker C: All right, well, that sounds good to me. [01:04:30] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:04:30] Speaker C: I don't know how old you are though, so don't expect any civility out of me. I'm saying this specifically to Vittorio. [01:04:43] Speaker B: Gives you a. A smile and says if anything, I'm just happy to be out of default. [01:04:52] Speaker C: Good, because I really don't mind putting you back in it if you start being really weird. [01:04:58] Speaker B: D n it. [01:05:02] Speaker H: Graveling. How weird is too weird? Because gestures to the rest of the party. [01:05:07] Speaker C: I'm talking about like, you know, noble conniving weird. [01:05:13] Speaker F: Okay, okay. [01:05:14] Speaker C: Like, oh, this now is a new thing that can better just me. [01:05:21] Speaker G: Noble, conniving weird gestures to the rest of the party. [01:05:28] Speaker D: I think. [01:05:29] Speaker C: I think These guys are 30% more agreeable than when we first met. [01:05:37] Speaker D: High price. [01:05:39] Speaker C: I think 27%, but 40 if you're Nadia. I have a favorite. [01:05:46] Speaker D: Wow, you have done a very strong turn on Nadia. [01:05:51] Speaker C: She wants to help. She is Proving she wants to help. [01:05:56] Speaker D: Also. [01:05:59] Speaker C: She'S making friends, so. Yeah, I think. I think she's fine. [01:06:05] Speaker B: She's making friends with a bunch of thieves, assassins, pickpockets. [01:06:09] Speaker C: Yeah, good for her. [01:06:10] Speaker F: Good for her. [01:06:14] Speaker C: She's following in her sister's footsteps. I don't see anything wrong with it. [01:06:21] Speaker E: What else do you do with a lonely, noble girl who always wanted to get out? [01:06:26] Speaker I: Yeah, she's doing exactly what Lou tried to do when we were holed up at the Thief bar. [01:06:31] Speaker E: Yep, we are two for two on. On noble girls that just are befriending. [01:06:39] Speaker D: Criminals and becoming better for it. [01:06:43] Speaker C: Look, she's helping out. She's washing. She's helping out. She's washing dishes. I'm appreciative, okay? I'm appreciative. [01:06:51] Speaker D: No, no, I think it is a good thing. I think it is very good. You are threatening to kill her before. So this is an improvement. [01:06:59] Speaker C: If she was. [01:07:00] Speaker D: If. [01:07:00] Speaker C: If she was gonna be a brat. Yeah, but she's not. She's quite agreeable. Somewhere up there, she's, like, overhearing this, and she's like, I'm agreeable, but, like, just. It's. [01:07:16] Speaker B: It's a level above just detest. So you have about two days left of this week before we move into our next rebellion phase. And I believe this also puts us into the next month. [01:07:34] Speaker D: Oh, boy. [01:07:37] Speaker B: Fear of heaven. [01:07:39] Speaker D: We're getting closer to winter. [01:07:41] Speaker C: Who's getting hit? [01:07:42] Speaker I: What? [01:07:43] Speaker C: No. [01:07:49] Speaker B: I mean, actually, he first of heaven is. Is the start of winter. [01:07:56] Speaker I: Oh. [01:07:59] Speaker C: Upon the day changing, Gravewing is wearing several more layers and is actively much colder. [01:08:10] Speaker B: But I was also seeing if there's anything you wanted to do before the week ended, any last minute things that you wanted to do. [01:08:21] Speaker I: I have. Okay. [01:08:23] Speaker D: No, you go first. You should go first. No, no, you should go first. [01:08:26] Speaker I: Mine is very small, so we're staying at the Wollstonecraft Manor. [01:08:31] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:08:32] Speaker B: And you all have noticed that Starlight Bastion has opened back up, and there are. There is a bit of a gerd presence here. And there are also. There's a lot, a lot, a lot going on in Starlight Bastion as people are coming back, like, looking at their homes and figuring out if anything is salvageable. Some of the businesses are slowly working on cleaning up and reopening. [01:09:00] Speaker D: This one doesn't have a blade assigned to it. Right? Starlight Bastion? [01:09:03] Speaker B: No, just not. [01:09:04] Speaker D: Okay. [01:09:06] Speaker I: It was the ghouls. The ghouls was the blade. And if I recall correctly, because Lorelai joined us here, I got kicked out of bed with mothmom and so Yuri offered me a solo room. [01:09:23] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:09:24] Speaker I: So Leaf is going to go into a solo, into her room with. I am probably a bottle of wine liberated from the household here, a nice one, and pour out a glass and call for Whiskey Jack. [01:09:46] Speaker B: Yeah. It takes a minute, but eventually you do hear the rapping of knuckles on a door. [01:09:57] Speaker I: Yeah. She will open the door and invite him in. [01:10:01] Speaker F: Yeah. [01:10:02] Speaker B: He's sort of. You watch as he comes through the door, takes his hat off and says, how can I help you? [01:10:13] Speaker I: I think I needed to settle up from that. [01:10:19] Speaker B: That you did. [01:10:23] Speaker I: Now, I know that you prefer personal secrets, but I have a bit of conjecture that I think might be far more valuable than anything having to do with me. [01:10:40] Speaker B: Do go on. [01:10:46] Speaker I: In the vaults below the Historical society down in the Sunken District, there's a seal in the Valere family tomb. It's been broken slightly, but I have reason to believe that that seal, or at least some variant of it, could be used to seal the Scarlet Queen if she were to come around. [01:11:21] Speaker B: Kind of like taps on his lips with the hat and just goes, now that is a juicy secret. [01:11:34] Speaker I: Laith winks and offers him the glass of wine. [01:11:39] Speaker B: I will sip at it and say, now you and me are all squared up. [01:11:48] Speaker I: And without getting into any gritty personal details, even my best favorite kind of being square. [01:11:57] Speaker B: I'll get the mad of you eventually. [01:12:04] Speaker I: You can certainly try. Don't let them see you on the way out. [01:12:13] Speaker B: Want to keep me a secret? [01:12:16] Speaker I: I just don't want to invite any more questions. And it's a little more fun when it's clandestine, don't you think? [01:12:24] Speaker B: Well, I. I do gotta collect some more secrets. But I won't say anything about yours. That's a promise. [01:12:37] Speaker I: Well, that's all right, then. And we'll sort of usher him through the door. [01:12:44] Speaker B: Till another time, Lady Idrisi. [01:12:49] Speaker I: I do think that that's still my mother. [01:12:56] Speaker B: It will eventually be you. [01:13:00] Speaker I: Let's see how the next few months go, shall we? [01:13:05] Speaker B: That was Xiao at Lou Call. Highs or lows? [01:13:16] Speaker D: Lowe's guys hate me. So. [01:13:23] Speaker B: Yeah, hilariously enough. You watch as you like. You just poke your head out and you see. Just shoving Whiskey Jack out of the tortoise room. [01:13:34] Speaker I: He's not shoving. She's being very gracious and showing him the door. [01:13:39] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:13:42] Speaker I: But his hat is removed. He's in a state of undress. Silhouette. [01:13:46] Speaker C: Yes. [01:13:47] Speaker D: Scandalous. [01:13:48] Speaker E: I want to make direct eye contact with Whiskey J. [01:13:53] Speaker B: You make direct eye contact with him? He winks. [01:14:00] Speaker E: Narrows my eyes and walks away. [01:14:07] Speaker I: And. [01:14:11] Speaker B: Graveling. Are you just hanging out? [01:14:15] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:14:18] Speaker B: Anywhere. [01:14:18] Speaker C: I'm chilling. You know, I never go to the library. I have no reason to go there. But now I'm here. [01:14:29] Speaker D: Maybe. [01:14:29] Speaker C: Maybe I'm looking for. I'm looking for an interesting book so I can just give it to people I don't like. The COVID has to look interesting. [01:14:43] Speaker B: Yeah, no, I mean, you know, this. This library is full of very eclectic things. The Wollstonecrafts were one of the original families. So, yeah, you're looking through this library and you hear a familiar voice say, finding anything interesting? [01:15:06] Speaker C: What are you doing here? And. No, I mean, I don't know. I kind of like this one. It's. Red. [01:15:15] Speaker B: Is certainly a good color, but I'm just here settling up some debts. [01:15:25] Speaker C: Okay. Oh, what's my t. I called you twice. I don't need to solve. I don't need to settle all 12 right here. Right? Because I don't think I have 12 secrets. Not right now. [01:15:46] Speaker B: You know, we'll just take the. Take the one for the most recent. For now. [01:15:53] Speaker C: Most recent. I. I should stop giving you secrets for free. [01:16:05] Speaker D: That's. [01:16:05] Speaker C: That's what I'm understanding. You were down in the hole, right? [01:16:14] Speaker B: Briefly, yeah. As I just needed to know what the hell they were doing with that old man. [01:16:24] Speaker C: Do you know the old man? Wait a minute. I'm mad at you. What the fuck was all of that? I mean, I. Okay, like, I. Like I deeply appreciate seeing my parents again, but, like, what. What was the rest? What is this? All of the. The rest of that? I didn't know you could do that. You have trouble opening windows and bottles and jars. You have a lot of trouble opening jars. What's happening here? [01:16:58] Speaker B: Quite often. Most those times as I'm very drunk, but. [01:17:04] Speaker D: That. [01:17:08] Speaker B: As the thing I always say, secrets are very powerful and pushed in the right direction. That power can do things. I don't got many of those in me currently. That was a lot of my power. But give me some time and I might be able to do something even flashier. [01:17:39] Speaker C: Leonia. Do all of that for me. We got it handled. I don't need to drain you. Is that what that was? Is that. How is that the correct term here? I don't know this magic. [01:17:55] Speaker B: I'll be fine. In the long run, plenty of people always looking to sell something. [01:18:06] Speaker C: Should at least give you two feel like I owe you two. [01:18:11] Speaker B: Not going to say no to that, darling. [01:18:15] Speaker C: Okay. Oh, okay. I got one. A long time ago, my main element was fire. [01:18:32] Speaker B: Fascinating. [01:18:36] Speaker C: That's A long time ago. And of course, My. My father was the lark's personal messenger bird because he had wings. So he could fly around the city, but he could read, so that was a liability. [01:19:13] Speaker B: Unfortunately, that's how things go sometimes. [01:19:17] Speaker C: Yeah, well, there you go. Two secrets that I don't think I've told you yet. [01:19:25] Speaker B: And I'll keep these close to my heart. [01:19:31] Speaker C: This one's not free. This was also on my tab because I have like 10 more and that's not fair. And nobody else is here. I still like you. That's it. That's all you're getting from me. [01:19:51] Speaker B: Gets a big eating grandman. [01:19:54] Speaker C: Don't. No, see, don't enjoy that. [01:20:04] Speaker B: I promise. I just like the way enjoying it at all. [01:20:10] Speaker C: Never mind. I'm. See, look at that. I'm already done. I'm very tired now. The draw is over. [01:20:19] Speaker B: I'll be back around soon. [01:20:24] Speaker C: Go collect somewhere else. And thank you again. [01:20:29] Speaker B: Next time you see that old man, tell him he owes me a drink. [01:20:35] Speaker C: How many people do you know? And he's probably gone. [01:20:38] Speaker B: Yeah, exactly. [01:20:39] Speaker C: So I'm just like yelling at a wall. [01:20:42] Speaker F: Yeah. [01:20:47] Speaker H: Graveling. Stop yelling at walls. [01:20:50] Speaker C: The walls are annoying. [01:20:56] Speaker B: And yeah. Now, as you all rest, relax and recover from the ball going into a hole, fighting a family member, all in the course of a week, we end things here. And next time, we'll be back with the first rebellion action in a while. So, yeah, Tic, why don't you take us out? [01:21:23] Speaker H: Thank you everyone for listening to a wonderful episode of Goblets and Gaze. [01:21:26] Speaker E: If you like what we do here. [01:21:27] Speaker H: Feel free to follow us on Instagram, on Blue sky, on Patreon, nudge, nudge, wink, wink. I'm trying to do my best to give some fun little stories from the blooper reel. Some of them are not appropriate and obviously I have to delete like three of them that I've shared. But honestly, furries are weird. I can't control that. Give us some support if you can. I know times are tough, so it's not expected, but it. It is free to give us a five star review and also to say I'm very charming and very adorable. That is also free. I come in and I mute you for 24 hours. So remember, stay safe, eat your vegetables. [01:22:06] Speaker D: And. [01:22:08] Speaker H: I take it. Take it out back in shot before I can finish my joke. [01:22:12] Speaker B: Like Dallas. [01:22:36] Speaker A: Into the dark. It again. [01:23:28] Speaker D: We. [01:23:53] Speaker F: Sa.
